What We're Looking For:

Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $88,871 to $142,194 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

Coordinate the purchase of materials as needed for the job site.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in construction management or related field. Or, an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
2-3 Years construction related work or internship experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Solid project scheduling and follow through skills. Experience utilizing Microsoft Project is a plus.
Must be able to read drawings, interpret codes, and be familiar with all phases of building design.
Experience with Bluebeam, Procore and/or BIM is a plus.
Ability to travel to project work sites.
