Qualifications
Requirements:

Review Owner contracts, prepare notification summaries, and manage change order (PCCO) processes.
Finalize subcontractor scopes, review markups, and coordinate with legal as needed.
Schedule & Financial Management
Update and monitor project schedules, ensuring lead times and submittals align with baseline goals.
Perform detailed budget reviews, cost coding, and cash flow analysis.
Manage Owner pay applications, bank inspector reports, and subcontractor billings.
Coordination & Communication
Lead Owner/Architect meetings, weekly project team meetings, and subcontractor coordination.
Manage Procore document control, drawing updates, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals.
Prepare monthly status reports, formal correspondence, and progress updates.
Quality & Closeout
Implement Hasen's Zero Defects Program-striving for no punch list.
Oversee pre-walks, punch sequencing, and Owner acceptance.
Direct closeout documentation, substantial completion, and final project reviews.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a general contractor or developer.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
Proven success managing multifamily and/or large commercial projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with scheduling software, P6 & Microsoft Plan (formerly Project) and Procore or similar platforms.
OSHA 30 certification and design-build experience a plus.
Requirements
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.
Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening.
Physical ability to walk projects, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
