Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years' project review experience. 5+ years' experience related to mortgage credit guidelines, policies and procedures. 5 years' experience with FNMA/ Freddie/ FHA underwriting guidelines. Experience with investor guidelines. Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/ VA condominium's websites and all regulations. Excellent organizational skills.
