- Collaborate with three established OB/Gyns, providing coverage at a single hospital
- This role encompasses a comprehensive range of typical OB and GYN procedures, with robotics experience being advantageous but not mandatory
- Providers will also benefit from a team of full-time OB Hospitalists as well as an OB ER
- 333-bed acute care facility located one hour north of Dallas
- Currently, the OBs see patients in the office approximately 3.5 days per week and typically see 25 to 35 patients per day

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Care
1. Provides medical care, palliates and manages terminal illness in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act under the supervision of a collaborating physician.
2. Completes history and physical examinations, by evaluating the patient's medical condition and health history, ordering and interpreting results from laboratory and diagnostic tests or procedures, diagnosing health conditions and documents the findings in the patient's medical record.
3. Manages health conditions and terminal illnesses by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing medications and / or treatments, obtaining consultations or making referrals and coordinating hospice care services.
4. Completes the hospice face to face visit requirements prior to the third and subsequent hospice benefit periods to assess hospice eligibility based on the hospice conditions of participation and the local coverage determinations. Provides clinical information to the hospice medical director for interpretation for eligibility for hospice recertification.
5. Makes recommendations to the hospice medical director regarding patient eligibility for certification and recertification for hospice care.
6. Reviews clinical information, coordinates and oversees patient care in consultation with the hospice interdisciplinary team and other healthcare practitioners.
7. Assures that patient receives appropriate measures to control symptoms through collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
8. Reviews and develops protocols for treatment and proposes options for interventions based on the literature in collaboration with the collaborating physician.
9. Consults the collaborating physician when the patient's plan of care is outside standardized practice and protocols.
Communication
1. Communicates and collaborates with the interdisciplinary group to create, review and revise the patient's plan of care.
2. Consults with the patient's attending physician, the hospice medical director and other healthcare practitioners regarding the patient's eligibility for hospice care, ongoing care needs and medical management related to the patient's terminal condition.
3. Communicates with other community health practitioners to coordinate the plan of care.
4. Attends and participates in hospice interdisciplinary group meetings.
5. Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes, physical examination notes, assessment visit notes, medical orders, collaboration notes and other documentation in the medical record.
6. Educates/counsels patients, families, and/or caregivers as to preventative care, medical problems, psychological problems, and spiritual problems in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team to meet the total needs of patients.
7. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient.
8. Assists the patient and family/caregiver and other team members in providing continuity of care.
9. Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver and hospice interdisciplinary group to identify the goals of care and meet the care needs of the patient and family/caregiver.
10. Serves as a nursing resource for consultation and educations to members of the interdisciplinary team and other healthcare practitioners in the community.
11. Establishes, builds and nurtures relationships with staff and community referral sources to facilitate program growth.

1. Maintains knowledge of and compliance with current Medicare/Medicaid, state/federal rules and regulations for hospice services
2. Ensures compliance with the Medicare conditions of participation and other state regulations govern the provision of healthcare.
3. Complies with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements in accordance with federal, state and organizational policies.
4. Participates in organizational monitoring of the quality of medical services and quality improvement initiatives.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This neonatal nursepractitioner (NNP) will be employed by a private physician practice and be based in a medical center in Denison. The group also employs neonatal physicians at the medical center.
The facility boasts a brand new 12-bed Level III NICU and performs an average of 1,200 deliveries per year.
The schedule is coordinated collaboratively among all the providers, with the option to bundle shifts if preferred.
Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- delivery attendance
- day-to-day management of NICU
- newborn nursery coverage
- participate in multi-disciplinary rounds
- provide collaborative, team-based care of NICU patients
- ventilator management
- high-frequency ventilation (HFOV / HFJV)
- inhaled nitric oxide

This position will also assist with pediatric surgery patients when needed, but will NOT include cardiac surgery (except PDAs) or ECMO subspecialty support.
The hospital uses the Cerner EHR and clinical assistants are available to assist providers in all situations.
The new NNP will work autonomously and also collaborate with skilled neonatologists (physicians) as needed.

About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
* Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
* Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
* Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
* Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
* Provide services at the member's place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities

The Conservation Practitioner II (CPII) maintains preserve areas and removes exotic species by chemical or mechanical means. CPII operates power tools, equipment, ATV's and vehicles in a safe manner. CPII maintains and repairs equipment including lawn mower, trimmer, brush cutter, chainsaw, tractor, ATV's, UTV's, spray tanks, pumps, and vehicles. The CPII assists with forest, woodland, prairie and savanna stewardship practices and management, surveying and monitoring flora and fauna, and assisting with prescribed fire. The CPII maintains facilities and grounds including mowing, trimming, fence and gate repair, installation of signage, and building maintenance. CPII may assist in data collection of monitoring plots. Follows processes of data collection utilizing GIS databases on mobile and PC devices. May work in variable weather conditions, at remote locations for long periods of time in isolated settings, on difficult and hazardous terrain and under physically demanding circumstances. Requires considerable physical exertion and/or muscular strain. This position will be stationed at Pontotoc Ridge Preserve near Stonewall, Oklahoma. Housing will be provided (no pets). This is a regular full-time position (40 hours per week) lasting through August 21, 2026. This role has the potential to evolve into a permanent full-time position.

The NursePractitioner is a registered professional nurse with advanced graduate education and clinical training who provides comprehensive hospice services in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act and under the supervision of a collaborating physician. The NursePractitioner provides hospice care through the evaluation and assessment of the health history, health promotion, diagnosing medical conditions, management of health problems by directing and developing the plan of care, prescribing medications or treatments, coordinating and collaborating with patients, families and other healthcare practitioners. Under the supervision of a physician, the nursepractitioner visits patients, completes physical assessments, performs face to face assessments and evaluates hospice eligibility as assigned in consultation with the hospice interdisciplinary team. The nursepractitioner builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the need of individuals and families within their homes and communities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care
Provides medical care, palliates and manages terminal illness in compliance with the state Nurse Practice Act under the supervision of a collaborating physician. Completes history and physical examinations, by evaluating the patient's medical condition and health history, ordering and interpreting results from laboratory and diagnostic tests or procedures, diagnosing health conditions and documents the findings in the patient's medical record. Manages health conditions and terminal illnesses by developing an individualized plan of care, prescribing medications and / or treatments, obtaining consultations or making referrals and coordinating hospice care services. Completes the hospice face to face visit requirements prior to the third and subsequent hospice benefit periods to assess hospice eligibility based on the hospice conditions of participation and the local coverage determinations. Provides clinical information to the hospice medical director for interpretation for eligibility for hospice recertification. Makes recommendations to the hospice medical director regarding patient eligibility for certification and recertification for hospice care. Reviews clinical information, coordinates and oversees patient care in consultation with the hospice interdisciplinary team and other healthcare practitioners. Assures that patient receives appropriate measures to control symptoms through collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Reviews and develops protocols for treatment and proposes options for interventions based on the literature in collaboration with the collaborating physician. Consults the collaborating physician when the patient's plan of care is outside standardized practice and protocols.
Communication
Communicates and collaborates with the interdisciplinary group to create, review and revise the patient's plan of care. Consults with the patient's attending physician, the hospice medical director and other healthcare practitioners regarding the patient's eligibility for hospice care, ongoing care needs and medical management related to the patient's terminal condition. Communicates with other community health practitioners to coordinate the plan of care. Attends and participates in hospice interdisciplinary group meetings. Completes, maintains and submits accurate and relevant clinical notes, physical examination notes, assessment visit notes, medical orders, collaboration notes and other documentation in the medical record. Educates/counsels patients, families, and/or caregivers as to preventative care, medical problems, psychological problems, and spiritual problems in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team to meet the total needs of patients. Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient. Assists the patient and family/caregiver and other team members in providing continuity of care. Works in cooperation with the family/caregiver and hospice interdisciplinary group to identify the goals of care and meet the care needs of the patient and family/caregiver. Serves as a nursing resource for consultation and educations to members of the interdisciplinary team and other healthcare practitioners in the community. Establishes, builds and nurtures relationships with staff and community referral sources to facilitate program growth.
Additional Duties
Maintains knowledge of and compliance with current Medicare/Medicaid, state/federal rules and regulations for hospice services Ensures compliance with the Medicare conditions of participation and other state regulations govern the provision of healthcare. Complies with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements in accordance with federal, state and organizational policies. Participates in organizational monitoring of the quality of medical services and quality improvement initiatives. Assumes responsibility for personal growth. Develops, maintains and upgrades professional knowledge and practice skills through attendance at seminars, conferences and participation in continuing education and in-service classes. Fulfills the obligation of requested and/or accepted assignments. Demonstrate knowledge in communication and counseling patient/family in dealing with end-of-life issues.

Health Care Management Nurse, Level III - Requirements consist of possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and six (6) years of professional nursing experience, including three (3) years in a managed care or home health care program.
Job Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Nursing Programs Administrator, this Registered Nurse serves as a Health Services Consultant Specialist, providing consultative services and medical safety assessments for children with special health care needs during open child welfare cases
Provides clinical resources to child welfare staff through consultation, training, assessment, direction, and coaching. Identify and coordinate appropriate health care resources.
Participate as a DHS/CW representative as needed.
Comprehensively assess health care needs of the child including identification of family needs to develop plans and implement appropriate nursing interventions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the child and family members.
Educate children, families, communities, and child welfare staff about the principles of of disease prevention and health promotion.
Assure quality health care through use of various measures such as record review, peer review, direct observation, survey, and assessment of children, family, and community for the desired outcomes.
Collaborate with child welfare staff and medical community to maintain history and follow up care needs for children in care.
Preference Statement
Preference may be given to nurses with experience in mental health, home health, or those who have worked across multiple areas of nursing. Candidates with a strong background in serving pediatric populations are especially encouraged to apply.

A growing inpatient neurology and cerebrovascular service in the Sherman, Texas region is seeking a skilled Acute Care NursePractitioner (ACNP) to join its neuro hospitalist team.
This role offers structured scheduling, a high-acuity clinical environment, and the opportunity to work closely with neurologists, stroke clinicians, and multidisciplinary acute-care teams.
This position is ideal for NPs who excel in neurology, neurocritical care, or hospital medicine and want to practice advanced inpatient neuro care in a stable and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inpatient management for patients with neurological and stroke conditions in acute, step-down, and neuro-critical settings
Conduct neurological assessments, update care plans, and evaluate patient progress
Participate in rapid stroke response evaluations and time-sensitive treatment coordination
Manage conditions such as ischemic/hemorrhagic stroke, seizures, encephalopathy, neurotrauma, and neuromuscular disorders
Collaborate with neurology, neurosurgery, critical care, therapy services, and case management providers
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment pathways, and expectations
Participate in quality improvement efforts, safety initiatives, and case review processes
Qualifications

Responsibilities
About the Role
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member's current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member's overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment (CHA) helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit. Our providers:
Conduct adult / geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols
Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed
Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate
Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education and follow up as necessary
Provide services at the member's place of residence which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities
Benefits of Working at Matrix
Flexibility - Visits are scheduled based on YOUR availability. We conduct assessments Sunday - Saturday from 8 am - 7 pm. You can work during the day, evening, and/or weekend based on your schedule.
Competitive Pay - Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Increase your earning potential by offering greater availability and traveling to see members outside your home location. Those completing a monthly average of 20 - 100 visits earn $1,800 - $11,500 per month. This is based on the per assessment completion rate range of $90 - $115 depending on your state of residence.

Education and Support - We invest in YOU! In addition to comprehensive onboarding training we will assign you a preceptor, provide 1:1 feedback, and offer free access to earn continuing education.

Qualifications
Skills & Experience That Shine
Master's Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure
Current NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed
AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty
Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification
1 year of NP experience preferred, new grads encouraged to apply!
