There are opportunities to provide CBT and DBT-informed treatment for other clients seen at our practice (youth and adults) consistent with the candidate's areas of expertise, as well as to provide workshops for professionals and in the community and write clinically-relevant articles published on our website. Experience with DBT STEPS-A; youth and young adults with eating disorders, trauma, or substance abuse; and/or working with adult clients, is a plus.
The candidate will receive supervision / mentorship from a Linehan-Certified DBT Clinician (if desired) and will meet with our practice director regularly to ensure that they see the cases they are passionate about and has the schedule and volume of cases that works for them.
The position includes competitive compensation as a W-2 employee, participation in our 401K program with employer match, malpractice insurance, generous vacation, flexible hours, admin support, and minimal paperwork. We provide a small professional development stipend to encourage our clinicians to stay current with evidence-based practices so we can best help the clients we serve. Clinical services are currently being conducted via telehealth, with opportunity to work remotely or from office.
