Position is 8AM-4:30PM from Thursday and Friday.
What You'll Do:
Housekeeper | Cleaner | Janitor
Responsible for weekly cleaning of assigned resident apartments including; dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning counters and other surfaces, cleaning appliances, sinks and fixtures, general tidying, and emptying trash
Responsible for annual deep cleaning of assigned apartments according to Community deep cleaning schedule
In conjunction with Care Department team members, ensures that resident linens and towels are changed and laundered according to laundry schedule, and as needed due to incontinence
Assist with resident laundry as needed
Responsible for cleaning community common areas according to the assigned schedule including; hallways, elevators, lobby, living room, dining rooms, activity areas, wellness center, and other sitting areas
Responsible for cleaning spills and soiled areas of carpets and furniture in a timely manner
Assists in cleaning walkers, wheelchairs, and other resident equipment, as needed
What We're Looking For:

Previous housekeeping experience in senior living or other hospitality industry preferred

Job Description
Dining Room Server Quail Park of Lynnwood Have you always wanted a fun and rewarding job? Do you have a passion for working with seniors? Look no further as we currently have openings for Dining Room Servers/Hosts on our Signature Dining Team. Our team manages the entire dining experience of our seniors ensuring that meals are presented in a clean and attractive manner and that residents, both new and old, feel welcome.
Current opening is for a part-time position. Must be available to work weekends.
What You'll Do:
Server | Host
Attend pre-meal meetings to review daily menu
Assist in the seating of residents in assigned sections
Greet all residents immediately upon being seated and ensure new residents are welcomed
Take orders and deliver meals
Notes and reports to Supervisor all residents from assigned sections that miss a meal if POS system isn't utilized
Maintain accurate records of all meals of residents and guests
Ensure tables, chairs, and carpeting are cleaned after each meal and prepared for next meal in timely manner
Assists with cleaning duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Server | Host
Strong commitment to customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
Must be ablet to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to effectively communicate with residents, guests and other team members
Proficiency in basic computer skills preferred
Must meet all health-related and/or food-handling requirements pertaining to local and state regulatory agencies
Must maintain current CPR/First Aid and Food Handler's credentials
