Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field) required.
2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of GMP regulations (21 CFR Part 210/211) and quality system principles.
Experience reviewing QC data, raw material documentation, and stability reports.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

Summary of Job Description:
The AR Quality Assurance Analyst is an integral part of the accounts receivable team responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of varied Accounts Receivable processes. This person will be responsible for producing weekly and monthly reports to be utilized by the AR Team, as well as management. General Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Identify inefficiencies in current AR systems and recommend IT-driven improvements
* Collaborate with Finance IT and AR teams to automate manual processes and improve reporting tools
* Support and prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including performance dashboards and variance analysis
* Assist in month-end close activities, including reconciliations and financial summaries
* Build and maintain financial dashboards to support real-time decision making
