Job Overview:

Be able to identify all resins used in molding operation including regrind and the associated usage percentage
Must understand and operate the operator interface ‘CRT' screen on computer-controlled presses, including all screens required to control the process
Must be able to establish a new process, do mold sets, Robot Programming and start a machine based upon settings in Mold Books/QR Code.
Demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of hot runner systems, Valve Gates, and standard sprue molds
Trouble shoot issues on Injection Molding machines and Robots.

Fixed Schedule:
All (4) shifts A, B, C, D are scheduled on a 2/2/3. This schedule gives you a 3-day weekend every other week! The schedule pattern consists of four 12-Hour shifts who work two days in a row, get two days off and then work another three days, which results in only 14 working days each month!

What You'll Do:
Collects, prepares, and analyzes coal samples, water samples, chemical samples, and samples of other materials used in the operation of the power plant.
Operates equipment in the laboratory including, but not limited to, sample preparation equipment, laboratory balances, coal analysis equipment, water analysis equipment, and spectrophotometer.
Performs routine preventative maintenance and calibration on water and gas monitoring equipment.
Adjusts and operates chemical feeding and demineralizing equipment.
What You Need:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have successfully completed (C average or higher) eight semester hours of college level chemistry and four semester hours of college algebra or higher math.
Previous laboratory experience will be considered and is preferred.

+ 5 years experience in managing software applications using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) techniques and tools including Gitlab, Terraform, Ansible, Helm Charts, .yaml code, config properties, etc
+ 5 years experience with SEP security features, including authentication using LDAP, Kerberos, or OAuth and Role-Based Access Control
+ 5 years experience with various SEP data source connectors (e.g., Oracle, DB2, Teradata, S3, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc) and their configuration within Starburst.
+ 5 years experience with monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting SEP clusters.
+ 5 years experience identifying key metrics for Starburst platform health and performance, set up alerts, and analyze logs for root cause analysis.
+ Strong SQL skills, particularly with Trino's dialect and optimization techniques with the ability to analyze query plans, identify bottlenecks, and apply optimizations (e.g., query tuning, resource allocation, caching strategies).
+ Experience with the Google Cloud Platform and it associated services a plus.
