Primary Responsibilities:Responsibilities and duties of a Production Technician include but are not limited to:Work 12 hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 environment.
Starting and shutting down equipment and processes.
Monitoring and adjusting equipment and plant process operating parameters.
Correctly performing valve line-ups.
Preparing equipment for maintenance work including lock-out-tag-out.
Correctly and safely permitting maintenance work.
Professional judgment for operating the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently at all times.
Procedure development and training of new employees.
Effectively communicating with our customers and suppliers when required.
Other duties as assigned.
The Production Technician must be able to perform basic troubleshooting and recognize when to escalate matters when more experienced specialists must be called in for support.
Qualifications Qualifications:Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
2 + years Production Operations experience or Associates Degree with previous internship in Plant OperationsStrong interest in and experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
Have a working knowledge of computers and typical computer programs (i.

Responsible for:
Performing both in-process and/or final inspections on wire and cable harnesses in accordance with Celltron documented quality plan and other referenced accept/reject criteria.
Be able to identify/recognize inspection errors and initiate resolution.
Able to identify and provide disposition of nonconforming material per procedure.
Provide traceability of product, material and calibration of products.
Obtain the following required certifications:
IPC J-STD-001 Solder as required
IPC/WHMA-A-620 Acceptability requirement
ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) certification
Accurately record results of inspection and testing results.
Perform additional Quality department duties as assigned or as needed.

· In-Process Sampling and Testing:
o Completes all routine tests required for either Processing side or for Packaging side
· Quality Hold and FIFO Program:
o Know and be able to place materials and product on Hold in JDE and physical Hold, and complete Nonconformance and Hold report.
· Business Systems:
o Enter data collected from routine tests into IQS software
o Knowledge and proficiency in all Alphia Business Systems as relates to Position
· Food Safety and Sanitation:
o Know and follow basic GMP requirements
o Know and monitor HACCP compliance in-Process.
o Perform verification checks of metal detectors and magnets in area of responsibility as specified in Quality Checkpoints.
