Adheres to aseptic technique 100% of the time during procedures and stops the line if a break in sterile technique is identified. Adheres to organizational policies and processes related to patient safety, patient privacy, infection control (hand hygiene), and patient communication before, during, and after procedure. Collaborates with others on the team in sharing knowledge; to gain and provide appropriate knowledge as appropriate; to foster teamwork and team cohesion. Supports department and team by engaging in patient transport as appropriate. Obtains and maintains proficiency in access site management. Acts as radiation safety representative for patients and team while X-Ray is used. The Cost of Quality (COQ) Leader will play a critical role in establishing, documenting, and standardizing COQ practices across major LNG projects. This position is responsible for defining, tracking, and analyzing the full spectrum of COQ buckets - including prevention, appraisal, internal failure, and external failure costs - with a primary focus on construction, installation, and commissioning phases. Additionally, the COQ Leader will drive continuous development and improvement of COQ buckets, ensuring that findings directly feed into RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) processes. Responsibilities: * Document, categorize, and maintain COQ buckets across all active project sites. * Develop and continuously improve COQ buckets to capture true cost drivers and feed into RCA and CAPA actions. * Partner with Project Quality Leaders, Construction Managers, and Commissioning teams to establish consistent data capture and reporting standards. * Build and implement dashboards to monitor trends, drive visibility, and measure cost impacts of quality issues. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues driving COQ and partner with Continuous Improvement teams to ensure effective CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions). * Support lessons learned reviews and embed findings into future projects to reduce overall COQ. * Provide monthly COQ reporting to leadership and recommend initiatives to reduce quality-related costs while improving reliability and safety. * Collaborate with Finance to validate and quantify COQ data for project and enterprise-level reporting. Qualifications: Education and Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred). What we're looking for: Lab Technicians are responsible for completing and recording a variety of Laboratory based analytical tests. They perform process tests, finished product testing, and specialized sample testing for applications such as water quality and contaminant identification. Strict testing procedures are required to assure repeatability and reproducibility of testing results. Correct recording and sharing of testing results is a critical aspect of the job. What will be expected from you? Comply with all applicable government regulations for safety and environmental issues. This role reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and will be responsible for daily laboratory operations analyzing samples, running daily instrumentation standards and calibration of instrumentation, keeping detailed records of daily samples and reporting results in a timely manner following laboratory standard operating procedures. Other task includes typical laboratory housekeeping and management of chemical and gas inventory to ensure consumption demands are met. This role is required to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule. The role will be responsible for conducting the analysis of samples for a typical LNG plant, analysis of which shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: * LNG composition (Before and after treatment) * Refrigerant composition * Water (produced, waste, cooling) * Amine testing * Environmental Waste Streams * Cargo Certificates of Analysis The incumbent shall also be familiar with sampling procedures and associated laboratory equipment to perform analysis of the above components.
