Responsibilities: * Document, categorize, and maintain COQ buckets across all active project sites. * Develop and continuously improve COQ buckets to capture true cost drivers and feed into RCA and CAPA actions. * Partner with Project Quality Leaders, Construction Managers, and Commissioning teams to establish consistent data capture and reporting standards. * Build and implement dashboards to monitor trends, drive visibility, and measure cost impacts of quality issues. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues driving COQ and partner with Continuous Improvement teams to ensure effective CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions). * Support lessons learned reviews and embed findings into future projects to reduce overall COQ. * Provide monthly COQ reporting to leadership and recommend initiatives to reduce quality-related costs while improving reliability and safety. * Collaborate with Finance to validate and quantify COQ data for project and enterprise-level reporting. Qualifications: Education and Certifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred). Experience: * 8+ years of quality, operations, or project management experience within LNG, oil & gas, EPC, or large-scale industrial construction. Ensures patient position is appropriate and safely secured on procedure table per procedure type. Trains and completes competencies to set up and operate cath lab equipment including, but not limited to: Imaging (X-Ray, intravascular ultrasound-IVUS, intracardiac echo-ICE), contrast injector, hemodynamic system, intra-aortic balloon pump, rotational atherectomy, thrombectomy, left ventricular assist device, etc. Supports and anticipates the needs of the physician and ensures patient safety when scrubbing procedures; moves/pans table appropriately during fluoro and X-Ray acquisition. Adheres to aseptic technique 100% of the time during procedures and stops the line if a break in sterile technique is identified. Adheres to organizational policies and processes related to patient safety, patient privacy, infection control (hand hygiene), and patient communication before, during, and after procedure. Collaborates with others on the team in sharing knowledge; to gain and provide appropriate knowledge as appropriate; to foster teamwork and team cohesion. Supports department and team by engaging in patient transport as appropriate. Obtains and maintains proficiency in access site management. Acts as radiation safety representative for patients and team while X-Ray is used. Performs fluoro imaging and digital image acquisition as appropriate for procedure or as instructed by the physician. Adheres to the attendance policy and departmental productivity standards. We are seeking a Technician, Laboratory to join our team at the Calcasieu Pass Facility in Louisiana. This role reports to the Laboratory Supervisor and will be responsible for daily laboratory operations analyzing samples, running daily instrumentation standards and calibration of instrumentation, keeping detailed records of daily samples and reporting results in a timely manner following laboratory standard operating procedures. Other task includes typical laboratory housekeeping and management of chemical and gas inventory to ensure consumption demands are met. This role is required to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule. The role will be responsible for conducting the analysis of samples for a typical LNG plant, analysis of which shall include, but not necessarily be limited to: * LNG composition (Before and after treatment) * Refrigerant composition * Water (produced, waste, cooling) * Amine testing * Environmental Waste Streams * Cargo Certificates of Analysis The incumbent shall also be familiar with sampling procedures and associated laboratory equipment to perform analysis of the above components. Responsibilities: * Test and analyze the above-mentioned sample types, record lab results and generate summary reports * Run daily quality control checks on applicable instrumentation following GPA and ASTM standards * Operate laboratory equipment to perform required analysis, troubleshoot equipment difficulties and initiate minor repairs * Basic inventory management of laboratory supplies, parts and gasses * Execute daily laboratory tasks and requests in a timely manner with high degree of accuracy and efficiency * Collaborate with other laboratory technicians on activities Qualifications: * Education and Certifications: Degree in Science, Chemistry or equivalent preferred * A minimum of one (1) year experience working in a hydrocarbon laboratory (May be substituted with education or relevant LNG experience) * Oil and Gas experience is preferred, with preference in LNG applications, however, petrochemical, NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing, or other hydrocarbon processing experience may be acceptable. * Knowledge of basic laboratory equipment, including Gas Chromatograph, balances, spectrometers, etc. * Analytical skills in quality testing using gas chromatography * Proficient with MS Office Suite * Experience working in a LIMS environment for data entry and reporting preferred, but not required Venture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
