Responsibilities
Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity. Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted.
Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
Able to perform all specialized imaging procedures such as angio, complex vascular and nonvascular interventional and therapeutic procedures, along with assisting the Radiologist/PA.
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory agency standards.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Radiologic Technologist credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
One or more of the following required:
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Cardiographic Tech specializing in Electrophysiology credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Download quality information from quality system to be used for QA reports.
Research for engineering test results and implements process changes to resolve problems.
Performs out of box audits (OBA) as required.
Provides factory hold up to identify and resolve issues associated with purchased parts, materials and manufacturing.
May be required to perform receiving inspection.
Review at the beginning of the shift the Quality Auditors assistance and validated the Check List.
Scrap disposition at MRB in less than 24 hours.
Assure that the Customer implementation activities are in place.
Meet the SSYMA requirements (boats, goggles, gloves, ear plugs).
Review the SPC data and confirm the actions are effective.
Validate the tooling and gauges are working properly (microscope, magnifier, etc).

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a resilient, high-energy, experienced Senior Quality Control Technician with a good eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our company products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality. You may also be required to maintain tool control records, calibrated test & inspection equipment, prepare test data, and identify areas for quality control improvement. Additional responsibilities may require you to operate company vehicles to store and transport materials and products. Lastly, you must be able to perform all tasks as directed by supervisor.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and maintaining company inspection reports

Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor
Collating test data and drafting quality reports
Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes and implement new methods accordingly

Urgently communicate quality, safety, or compliance concerns
Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership
Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle

* Clean up extra unused tooling at each work-center and inventory it to be sharpened or reused.
* Set up tool packages for CNC machine changeovers to ensure CNC operators have all tooling they need to perform quick changeovers.
* Inventory current tooling used at work-centers (such as custom-made boring heads) to help identify where spare tooling will be required to help production flow.
* Assist the CNC operators in part changeover duties in pit-crew style changeovers to help the changeover go quicker and smoother.
* Help complete program changes/transfers when CNC Programmer needs support.
* Perform other duties, as assigned.
REQUIRED PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Standing for more than 1 hour, walking more than 100 ft., reach above, at or below shoulders, climb stairs, bend, stoop, and/or squat, grasping, hand/wrist twisting, lifting of up to 50lbs.
