The Engineer, Network is responsible for the implementation and support of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN and SDWAN to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This role ensures high availability and performance for clinical systems, patient care services, and administrative functions across the hospital network. The Engineer collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and hospital stakeholders to align network solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position will be a technology advocate throughout the organization for the effective application of technology to meet business needs and to support business changes and growth. Technology functions include network infrastructure, architecture and protocols (routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points, firewalls, network appliances), network automation and operations, patch management, application delivery, monitoring and cloud computing.
Experience:
Preferred three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in implementing and managing complex network infrastructure in an enterprise environment; healthcare experience preferred.

Experience in network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and technologies (e.g., Cisco, Extreme, Palo Alto).

The Quality Control Inspect is a direct hire opportunity. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting inspections throughout the production process to ensure all materials, components, and finished products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is experienced with inspection tools, adheres to defined procedures, and communicates effectively with both production and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct First Article Inspections on new and/or revised products.
Perform in-process inspections across the full manufacturing cycle, including raw materials, parts, sub-assemblies, and finished goods.
Identify non-conforming materials and determine appropriate action (e.g., production run, hold, or rejection) based on the severity of the defect.
Verify that operators follow Work Orders and Bills of Materials (BOM); report discrepancies to Supervisors and Quality Management.
Accurately document inspection results, including identification of any non-conforming products.
Generate DMRs (Discrepant Material Reports) in the EPICOR ERP system for all defective or non-compliant products.
Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other standard inspection equipment.
Follow all Quality Control procedures and test plans as defined.
Inspect, evaluate, and document customer returns.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with company policies.
Complete assignments and tasks as directed by Quality Management.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in Quality Control and/or Manufacturing is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect and document high volumes of product accurately.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities.
Ability to operate basic inspection and measuring devices effectively.
Comfortable working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Willingness and ability to train on First Shift before moving to Second Shift.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
Understanding of DMR processes and quality documentation practices.
Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prompt completion of tasks assigned by Quality Management.

Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: Cath Lab Tech
- Location: Auburn, NY
- Pay: $3,600 per week (includes $1,246 stipend)
- Schedule: 5x8 hour day shifts, start ASAP
- Unit: New Cath Lab unit
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years as a Cath Lab Tech
- Duties:
- Precept new staff joining the Cath Lab
- Scrub-in for surgical procedures
- Circulate within the procedure room to perform non-sterile tasks
- Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment (GE)
- Produce images during procedures using Mac Lab charting
- Handle equipment including balloon pumps
- Administer conscious sedation
- Take Stemi call as required
- Certifications & Licensure:
- RCIS or ARRT certification required
- Certification and registration in Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional Radiology (IR), or Vascular-Interventional Technology (VI) by ARRT
- NYS Rad Tech license required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Call Requirements:
- One week every three weeks (4:30p-8a plus all day Saturday and Sunday)
- Other:
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts at no cost during assignment
- Must meet all state and specialty-specific requirements

Hours: 1st shift: 6:00a.m. - 3:30p.m. 2nd shift: 3:45p.m. - 2:15a.m. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting the pallets of wood to ensure they meet all the specifications on the custom order forms. They will be inspecting the wood to check for quality or "grade" and ensuring cuts are being made to the correct specs.
Qualified candidates must be:- Very detail-oriented- Have mathematical skills & be able to measure correctly- Previous QC experience is required
