The Parts Inventory Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and managing inventory purchases to meet customer demand and organizational targets for inventory turnover. Timely and accurate resolution of any processing grief on emergency orders. • Process claims to vendors as required. Follow up until a resolution is reached. Follow up with customers on payment plans once established through Legal counsel. Manage incoming phone calls from external and internal customers while providing excellent customer service. Work with a ‘problem solver' attitude. Record accurate notes on all communication in AR system. Utilize company databases and software for data and information to help with collection efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to collections. Identify inefficiencies in the collection process and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize the accounts receivable workflow. Education and/or Experience A bachelor's degree and 4 years of billing and collections experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
