Job DescriptionOur team members are key individuals for our stores. The following are a Back of House team member's responsibilities. Prepare packaged food items including Oatmeals, Desserts, etc. Stock and prepare goods for the smoothie and bowl line Cut/chop fruit and other food items Wash dishes to maintain a clean work space Ability to work quickly while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work in a Kitchen or Production environment Knowledge of all recipes and the ingredients included Clean and maintain an organized, safe, and secure food environment Knowledge of what each ingredient is and its nutrients Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude Make the guest happy and promote positive brand image Perform other duties as assigned by the leadership team QUALIFICATIONS: Positive attitude Previous kitchen or production experience a plus Passion for guest service, integrity and strong work ethic Must be willing to work mornings (Shift start time is 5:30-6:30am, varies by store) Knowledge of health industry preferred Passion for organic foods/juicing While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Your role in our mission: Our Shift Leaders are an essential part of the leadership team, ensuring our team members and guests receive a Great Guest Experience (#GGE) in our stores every day. Shift Leaders lead from the floor to create a fun, safe, and healthy environment where team members have the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
