As a Chemical Process Operator, you will work a rotating shift in our chemical manufacturing plant and will perform operating activities as part of the manufacturing team to ensure the safe and efficient production and packing of titanium dioxide pigment and associated products. The Chemical Operator is responsible for safe and proper operation of equipment in his/her area in accordance with the standard operating instructions, company policies and shift supervisor's instructions.
This is a safety critical role.
Key activities include:
Adherence to all SHE policies and procedures and INEOS Pigments' 20 principles of process and Behavioral Safety and Life Saving Rules
Makes appropriate adjustments to meet safety, quality, and environmental requirements. Tends equipment or semi-automatic systems that processes chemical substances into industrial intermediate and finished products.
Reports and/or resolves conditions affecting safety, efficiency or product quality with peers, technical or supervisory personnel. Troubleshoots equipment problems and process upsets.
Monitors in-process quality results for slurry production and packaging quality for dry production. Monitors maintenance activity in the area, including signing of work permits.
Perform Job Tasks as outlined in SOPs.
Perform quality-related jobs as indicated in the Quality Procedures Documents of the Unit.
Completes all documentation accurately
Reviews, comprehends and follows all company rules, policies and guidelines
Adhere to current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Reporting into the Production Supervisor, this position is an entry level, full time position, and Operator is responsible for performing tasks and duties pertaining to the manufacturing and processing of resins and formaldehyde. This role is required to know and perform all assigned production department functions in compliance with HSE - Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and Arclin's policies and procedures to contribute positively to an efficient and safely run operation.

Production Operator E Job Responsibilities:
Manufactures resin and formaldehyde and/or related surfaces according to established procedures and HSE regulations.
Unloads and loads raw materials and finished products following established procedures (tanker trailers, railcars, box trucks, and bulk trucks)
Operates a forklift to load/unload raw materials (drums, totes, bags)
Collaborates with management to meet the production and shipping schedule
Ensures required shipping documents are completed and procedures are followed to be in compliance with all regulations and corporate requirements
Participates in the Joint Health and Safety Committee to facilitate safety improvements
Follows all site rules and procedures as they apply to quality, health, safety, and the environment
Visually monitors processes within their area of accountability and immediately informs the Lead Operator of any deviations or abnormalities

Communicates and confers with the Lead Operator as well as with Technical, Supervisory, and Support Personnel to resolve process conditions affecting safety, efficiency, and product quality
Responds to process alarms and interlocks promptly and coordinates timely confirmation and corrective actions to resolve conditions generating the alarms and interlocks
Performs In-Process Checks (IPC's) to verify batch progression and quality using laboratory equipment (GC, Titrator, pH meter, etc.)
Performs troubleshooting in the event of process deviations
Production Operator E Job Requirements:
High School Diploma Required or GED.
Forklift experience a plus but must be able to become certified.
Capable of Driving a Tractor/Tanker unit or being able to learn.
Analytical and mechanical mindset needed to be successful in this role.
Previous chemical/ processing experience a plus.

Process Operator - the need to know
You will help to ensure the safe operation of our process through a highly automated, state-of-the-art system.

Your role will involve climbing stairs and ladders and working in warm and cold temperatures.
Manual labor is not the main part of the job, but you do need to lift and carry up to 55 lbs at times

Perform area lab analytical analysis (titrations, density measurements, process sampling as needed)

Identify and implement solutions to recurring equipment problems.
Communicate and complete detailed logs for shiftily items taking place.
Assist I&E technicians and mechanics as needed / as asked.

Required to clean up after jobs are completed / perform housekeeping as required in the area.

This is a 365/24/7 Operating Plant - requiring weekends and holidays.

Manual Chemical Process Operator II Clean, Temperature-Controlled Environment | Max Lift ? 30 lbs | Modern Facility The Manual Chemical Process Operator II is responsible for operating and monitoring PVD coating furnaces used to coat carbide and cermet inserts. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as a machine operator, chemical process operator, heat-treat operator, or similar hands-on manufacturing background. Training is provided for motivated candidates with strong mechanical or process aptitude.
This position is performed in a modern, clean, temperature-controlled facility with strict safety and environmental controls.
Key Responsibilities
PVD Furnace Operation
* Load and unload fixtures with product into PVD coating furnaces.
* Verify product setup and ensure all components are properly prepared and clean.
* Enter product weights, coating-cycle data, and required parameters into computer systems.
* Start, monitor, and document coating processes.
Equipment & Process Support
* Clean fixtures, plates, and equipment between furnace cycles.
* Monitor and maintain adequate gas supply; replace tanks as needed.
* Check targets and melts to ensure sufficient material for upcoming production cycles.
* Perform standard tests to validate coating thickness and adhesion.
* Conduct batch cleanings at required intervals.
* Operate secondary process equipment (e.g., parts blaster).
Quality & Organization
* Separate and organize product during setup and after processing.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
* Follow all operating procedures and notify supervisors of deviations.
* Assist in problem-solving of furnace-related issues using learned knowledge and reasoning skills.
Education & Experience

Work Environment
* Clean, temperature- and humidity-controlled production area.

The Finishing Window Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-speed carton windowing equipment used in the finishing department. About the Role:
As our Finishing Window Machine Operator, you will:
Set up and adjust windowing machines for each production run.
Load paperboard blanks and window film rolls, aligning them to meet job requirements.
Calibrate glue application systems and placement guides to ensure accuracy.
Perform quality checks during runs to verify registration, glue adhesion, and film placement.
Production & Quality
Run jobs at target speeds while maintaining quality standards.
Inspect product for defects such as misaligned windows, glue overflow, scratches, or wrinkles in film.
Complete all production and quality documentation, recording counts, downtime, and waste.
Collaborate with quality control and finishing teams to resolve issues quickly.
Maintenance & Safety
Perform routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
Troubleshoot and correct minor mechanical or electrical issues to keep production moving.
Follow all plant safety protocols, including lockout/tagout, PPE usage, and housekeeping.
Teamwork & Communication
Work with feeders, packers, and helpers to maximize machine efficiency.
Communicate with supervisors about production status, material needs, and mechanical issues.
Support training of apprentices or new team members when needed.
About You:
You're a fit for the role of Finishing Window Machine Operator, if your background includes:
Experience operating finishing/packaging machinery, preferably in folding cartons or printing/packaging.
Mechanical aptitude with ability to perform setups, adjustments, and light maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret job tickets, work orders, and quality specifications.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Preferred:
Experience on windowing machines.
Knowledge of adhesives, films, and board substrates used in folding cartons.
Forklift certification or experience moving materials safely.
Physical Requirements
Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs during shifts.
Working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and moving equipment.
Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as production requires.

Operation and Maintenance of gas fuelled power plant, consisting of multiple spark ignition reciprocating engines as well as all associated auxiliary equipment
Comply with all workplace, federal, state and OSHA safety guidelines and obligations.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of fixed plant equipment, including engines, generators and other auxiliary equipment such as pumps, chillers, valves etc.
Perform regular inspections and maintenance of gas processing equipment, including compressors, aftercoolers, filtration vessels, dehydration skids, and the associated controls, gages and valves that support their operation.
Administrative duties including documenting and reporting equipment maintenance, operation and condition.
Perform fault-finding, repairs and reporting of electrical and mechanical systems.
Operation of advanced instrumentation and process control systems.
Available for on-call duties remaining within 45 minutes of the power station during these hours.
Carry out routine housekeeping duties.
Actively ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others through understanding and implementing workplace health and safety obligations

Qualifications and Experience
