Pay is good. I like my coworkers

No one is really sure of the direction of the company. Management is subpar and communication is really lacking. There is no formal structure for employee evaluations and how pay is decided.

The pay is good. We do have occasional company provided lunches.

I don't know much about them but I think they could do a better job at communicating the direction of the company and motivating people.

Communication of company goals, long and short-term goals. Provide a path for career growth, do just pay people to pay them cuz it sounds good. Unite the two plants so that there isn't this idea that Moses Lake is being supported by Butte. Look at attendance policies so that people are treated like humans and not numbers. Look at the HR person who controls everything and isn't very nice to people.

Do whatever it takes to supply Hanwah AND the new battery startups in Moses Lake. This will support jobs and inter-company relations in the community. Also there's a bit of negativity among employees with many years at REC towards newbies, although fortunately this seems to be decreasing as time goes by.

Just be myself in the interview. Ask questions because the interview is not just the company interviewing me but I'm also interviewing the company to see if the company is a good fit for me and my values.

Not great, REC in Butte is primarily local people from the surrounding areas who have lived here their whole lives. I don't see this as a downside, because I think it stems from the fact that people who are born here usually don't leave.

The company is a progressive company in the fore front of green energy, it's provides for collaborative thinking. It has a good safety culture, and everyone looks out for each other.

Learning something every single days

This is the best place I've ever worked in my life. The people that work here are amazing, the pay and benefits are amazing as well. I always had a job that my roommate has lived everywhere, and I've worked everywhere so to say REC Silicon is the best place to work says a lot.

I love the Incent Fit program that pays employees for being active. This has really boosted my ambition to lose weight and I have lost 56 pounds working here in a year and a half. Even though I work in the office, I know this program has been my driving force.

The only con I can think of is combating gossip in the community. I've heard some crazy stories about our restart and non of it is true.

The CEO is super nice and very knowledgeable. I really like the managers here and they care about their employees and the difference we make in the world.

I think the best way to improve the culture is to continue to show the employees how much you care by going the extra miles. It's the small things in life that mater the most.

To be honest this was my dream job and I never thought it would happen to me. I practiced my interview and studied up on the plant.

When I applied to this position, I knew it would be a pay raise but didn't know it would be nearly as high as it is now. This is the most money I have ever made in my life and the bonuses are amazing as well.
