Specific Responsibilities:

Position Overview:
The primary purpose of your job supervise the day-to-day activities of the
Housekeeping Department in accordance with the current applicable federal, state and local

● Assure that the daily supply of clean linen is delivered to all floors prior to end of shift.
● Assure that refuse is disposed of daily and in accordance with our established sanitation
procedures.
● Conduct daily inspections of assigned work areas to assure that cleanliness and sanitary
conditions are maintained.
● Assure that an adequate supply of housekeeping supplies is maintained in utility/janitorial
closets to perform daily tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma.
• 3 years housekeeping experience, hospital or healthcare setting preferred.

• Knowledge of switch board operation.
• Clerical and customer service skills.

Position Summary
This position will provide on-demand, evidence-based crisis intervention and assessment services. This position will assess, de-escalate, and problem-solve issues which may appear to be associated with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time position, with potential schedule adjustment/options in the future.
As part of a team, provide on-demand assessment, consultation, crisis intervention services, formulation of clinical diagnosis and treatment planning
Conduct initial/brief clinical evaluations for all populations with attention to the interaction of physical, behavioral, and social conditions
Educate clients, family members and community providers on the interaction between social, medical, behavioral, and addiction issues

To facilitate, coordinate and evaluate the operation and efficiency of the crisis team's services by providing supervision to assigned staff, maintaining good communication and ensuring quality of services and documentation while supporting Aspire's mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities. Along with providing a range of responsive crisis assessments, immediate interventions, and case management services to individuals and families in the communities served by Aspire Indiana Health. The Crisis team will promote collaborative working relationships with both internal and community partners. This role operates outside of our normal business hours M-F on second shift or third shift. Must be flexible in providing crisis services via video conference, telephonically, and in person.
Education/Experience/Requirements
* Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education, plus 3 years of work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or an Associate's and 7 years of experience, or at least 10 years of related experience required
* At least one (1) year supervisory experience and/or leading a team required
* Knowledge of community resources, referral processes and risk assessments preferred
* Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model highly recommended
* May self-identify as a current or former recipient of services, and/or a family member of an individual who was a recipient of services, and be maintaining a healthy recovery from mental illness and/or substance use to qualify for the peer track
Other Requirements
* Must possess the ability to learn and/or operate relevant computer operating system environments, and demonstrate basic knowledge and skill in the use of typical office equipment
* Must have reliable transportation to attend trainings and/or meetings off-site
* Must possess a valid Indiana driver's license , current auto insurance, and a driving record that meets the requirements of the organization

Position Summary
The License Eligible Therapist - Addictions will utilize a strengths based recovery-focused approach to facilitate addiction and dual diagnosis groups and individual/family therapy services to individuals with substance use disorders in an outpatient setting. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that works with behavioral health professionals and primary care providers to provide integrated healthcare to the individuals we serve in order to achieve their identified goals.
Education/Experience
* Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field accredited by the US Department of Education required
* Minimum two (2) years experience in related field required
* Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
* Must have excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills; knowledge of substance use disorders treatment
* Knowledge of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred
Licensure
* Must have a temporary license to practice or;
* Be recognized as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) by the State of Indiana
* Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) preferred
* Must be working torwards full licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)

The LPN may assess a patient's condition, make recommendations, and may assist the Registered Nurse with individual patients and/or groups of patients to meet their physiological, psychological, safety, and general health needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess the physiological and behavioral health status of the patient. Completes initial assessment and develops the plan of care. Recognizes reports and acts upon reports of deviation in diagnostic studies. Accurately assesses and documents vital signs and signs of pain and ensures treatment of pain. Communicates and documents client's psychosocial status. Collaborates with treatment team to include ancillary departments to determine appropriate treatment/discharge plan. Assists the client in understanding the nature of the disease of addiction and the need for treatment. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and patients. Completes necessary documentation as required by organization Policies and Procedures. Maintains patient confidentiality. Maintains accurate records and documentation of patient treatments, immunizations, and laboratory results according to standard medical recordkeeping. Follows established policies and procedures for verification of narcotic counts. Administers medications according to organization policy. Verifies the MAR for correct medication and administration times. Monitors behavioral changes which may be related to medication administration. Provides courteous, high-quality service to patients and their loved ones by responding to requests for service or making appropriate referrals in a timely manner. Works effectively with and through others including those whom there is no formal authority over. Makes good decisions based on sound understanding and evaluation of relevant information; gathers information and involves others as appropriate. Demonstrates concern for meeting patient needs in a manner that provides satisfaction for the patient within the resources that can be made available. Identifies problems, involves others in seeking solutions, conducts appropriate analyses, searches for best solutions; responds quickly to new challenges.
