Position Overview Reiser is seeking a dynamic Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee our accounting department's daily operations of our A/P, T&E, Cash Applications and Service & Parts Billing. This position will manage the team to ensure that the work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. The position will report directly to the controller while driving the varying responsibilities necessary for an accurate and efficient month end close process of above-mentioned groups. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including: Accounts payable staff and process Open receivers and open vendor claim management. Suppliers Deposits Expense reimbursement staff and process Credit Memo process Service & Parts billing staff and process Application and process of cash receipts Account reconciliations Review, investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely fashion. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations while maintaining a high level of quality and flexibility Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions Provide training to new and existing staff as needed. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff. Requirements: Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance or comparable experience Five plus years of accounting experience with prior supervisory responsibilities Ability to direct and supervise others Intermediate to advanced computer skills with MS Office, GL packages and ERP systems Ability to manipulate large amounts of data Ability to effectively manage a large staff Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations High attention to detail and accuracy

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including food specialists, engineering, equipment suppliers, manufacturing, and customer service, to deliver innovative, efficient, and safe food processing solutions for the dairy industry. Responsibilities: Design and Development Innovate new and improve existing equipment to expand opportunities within the dairy industry. Develop detailed engineering specifications and drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, Draftsight). Generate design documentation including operating manuals, parts lists, and procedures. Ensure all equipment designs comply with sanitary and regulatory standards. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with Reiser cheese and other food technologists, customer center, engineering, and customer service teams to understand technical requirements and ensure feasibility of designs. Collaborate with our external customers technical teams to understand their needs for new equipment and understand how equipment may integrate with their lines. Sourcing and Manufacturing Be able to collaborate with our purchasing team to coordinate ordering and delivery of parts. Work closely with Reiser's existing manufacturers and find new ones as needed. Prototype Testing & Validation Oversee the testing of new prototypes and equipment in real-world food production environments. Analyze test results and refine designs to optimize performance, with the goal of commercializing the design. Compliance and standards Knowledge of dairy industry sanitary standards for machine design. Stay updated on new industry standards and regulatory changes. Travel Travel overnight roughly 10-20% to customer facilities in the United States and Canada, as required. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing equipment in the food industry or a related field. Experience designing electro-mechanical machines using machine components such as motors, gearboxes, pneumatic cylinders, and bearings. Direct experience with Solidworks for creating assemblies, parts, and detail drawings. Proven record of successfully developing and delivering solutions that meet customer's needs. Previous experience in dairy equipment or food equipment design is a plus but not required. Skills: Knowledge of dairy or food industry guidelines concerning food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, NSF, USDA). Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible as needs shift. Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills. Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people. Assembly skills using common hand tools.
