The Reliability Engineer:

The Process Engineer will not have direct supervisory responsibility but will assist with this function when needed. This position reports to the Department Area Manager. The position will be based in Sauget, IL, USA (part of Greater St. Louis area). The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000.
Position Responsibilities:
· Provide support to manufacturing sites to resolve production and/or quality problems.
· Provide support to manufacturing sites to implement corporate manufacturing, reliability, and process safety initiatives.
· Lead process optimization and plant testing initiatives to increase capacity, improve product quality, reduce operating costs, or improve operating reliability.
· Transfer technology for new products or processes from Research and Development to the manufacturing sites.
· Develop process engineering portion of project scopes for work packages and function as a Process Licensor for capital projects. Deliverables to include PFD's, HMB's, PID's, equipment data sheets, operating descriptions, and functional descriptions. As Process Licensor, provide input to discipline engineering, help ensure integrated design, and provide construction monitoring and startup support.

The Process Engineer 4 will be responsible for managing new project development, optimizing existing operating assets, and leading other process engineers. Work Environment
Work is performed in an office and uncontrolled atmosphere.
