**Key Responsibilities**
We are looking for a motivated individual with an appetite to develop technical specialization to lead complex mechanical system and interact with clients. Individual duties include, but not limited to:
+ **Technical Design & Analysis** : Perform engineering calculations, develop system performance parameters, and create detailed design documents (P&IDs, mechanical layouts, specifications).
+ **Leadership & Mentorship** : Teach and guide engineers in system design best practices.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Graduate Engineer III at LJA Land Development, you will be responsible for entry-level professional engineering work including developmental assignments involving the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out routine engineering tasks under close supervision.

Summary
The Project Engineer supports field activities and spends a majority of time working with the Project Manager supporting project administration on multiple small projects, or one medium to large-size projects.
