Role Responsibilities
Assist in the design and production of mechanical building systems, including HVAC, piping, and other related mechanical components.
Create and revise AutoCAD and/or Revit drawings, 3D models, and construction documents under the guidance of senior staff.
Support engineers with calculations, equipment selection, and basic system layouts.
Help prepare project deliverables such as plans, specifications, and reports.
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure accurate, high-quality design documents.
Participate in site visits to document existing conditions (with team guidance).
Maintain organized project files and support overall project workflow.

Our Tampa location is our newest addition to the SESCO Cement locations. With the terminal being in the construction phase, you will be part of the ground up growth of the terminal as it is moves towards completion. Responsibilities
This role will be heavily active in the field during the construction phase of a project, coordinating with subcontractors and crews, verifying quality of work, answering engineering questions and/or resolving issues that may pop up in real time.
Assist in development of project plan as requested. Specifically, provide support to Project Manager(s) through helping to develop business cases by gathering requirements, building investment decision models, etc.
Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
Prepare and forward submittals. Confirm submittal complies with plans/specs.
Support the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules.
Monitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule.
Administer subcontracts as assigned.
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings.
Draft change orders. Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers. Perform scope take-off and estimate costs.
Aid in close out of project; includes assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparation final payment documents for subcontractors.
Act as the point person for document management applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related degree or equivalent experience.
Must have 1-4 years of experience in the related field.
Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and prepare them when applicable.
Ability to read and understand Project financial documents and budgets and prepare them when applicable.

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for continuous improvement and support of the production of current and future product lines. Key responsibilities include:
Process Development & Optimization
- Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes and tooling to enhance production operations.
Standardization
- Develop flexible work instructions to standardize fabrication and assembly procedures, especially for semi-custom product lines.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design and implement testing equipment and procedures to ensure design validation, maintain quality control, and meet product certification requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration -
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product development and introduce new innovative solutions.
CNC Programming
- Develop and implement G-code programming for CNC machines to optimize machining processes.
Safety Compliance
- Maintain and promote safe working environment in accordance with best practices and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Proficiency in CNC programming and understanding manufacturing automation.
Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools; primarily Solidworks, Mastercam, and AutoCad/Draftsight.

Essential Functions:

Experience:

Develops, implements, and manages projects designed to enhance product development through process enhancement, equipment enhancement or equipment procurement in support of Lean organizational objectives. Initiates change initiatives that deliver quality, productivity, and material flow in a manufacturing environment. Performs engineering tasks by researching, collaborating, and monitoring progress/success with moderate direction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Investigates, designs, and implements approaches to computer integrated manufacturing and robotics equipment, manufacturing methods, equipment maintenance and improvement, and production processes to optimize resource utilization.
2. Delivers proposals to stakeholders and leadership to gain support and buy in for new product equipment requirements, manufacturing methods, and processes by using case study data from related industry activity.

Qualifications:
