Utilize performance management principles and techniques to fully maximize productivity. • Develop instructions and procedures for R&D technical personnel. Train others in processes and procedures as needed • Record or direct the recording of required data from measurements and observations as well as producing clear, concise reports when required • Develop, coordinate and conduct testing procedures & testing to validate concepts • Conducts research and economic analysis • Identify opportunities for improvement of established programs. • Will be expected to independently evaluate, select, and adapt situations, and modify techniques, procedures and criteria to solve problems encountered. • Plans, schedules, conducts/coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work.
