Primary Level Salary Range: $91,200.00 - $136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. The product applications engineer will be responsible for ATE products from concept and definition through production, release, and sustaining. Responsibilities:
Lead the customer engagement activities associated with the development of ATE product concepts including new product definition. Work closely with customers and ADI Marketing/Design/Field Applications/Market Segment communities to define successful new products for this portfolio.
Be responsible for ATE Device Power Supply design-in successes for assigned released products and products under development. Manage relationships with customers during their design-in phase with a power supply solution mind set. This will involve gaining an understanding of the customer's application and providing innovative, practical, and timely solutions to customer challenges.
Analysis of product evaluation and reliability test data.
Designing and executing evaluation test methods to characterize and measure new silicon performance over customer use case and environmental conditions, interpreting the measurement data, identifying silicon issues and debugging to root cause.
Preparing evaluation hardware and diagnostic programs, designing test fixtures, and completing specifications and procedures for new products.
Contribute to ATE product datasheets
Creation and production of design-in tools that reinforce a product's customer value proposition. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification with at least 5-10 years' experience. Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.

**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ The Mechanical Engineer will work closely with equipment suppliers, plant staff to ensure successful operation of the plant.
+ Responsible for monitoring reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
+ Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs) and bills of materials (BOMs) for new equipment.
+ Management of the preventive/predictive maintenance programs (Inspection, Vibration, Oil Analysis, NDT, thermography, etc.) to ensure optimum equipment availability.
+ Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis, Pareto analysis, statistical review, FMEA and similar techniques.
+ Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) of major equipment.
+ Responsible for the facilitation of continuous improvement processes around equipment availability and reliability.
+ Coordinate SAP system operations in the area of preventative maintenance routine (PMR) optimization and development with maintenance planners.
+ Provide technical support, training and development for maintenance functions with specific focus on entrenching reliability concepts within the maintenance group.
+ Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
