Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification with at least 5-10 years' experience. Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred. The ideal candidate would have experience in switching DC/DC converters, analog circuits, semiconductor IC processes, and system engineering is also beneficial. A solid understanding of loop compensation (poles, zeros, BW, phase margin, etc.) is a plus.
