**Position Overview**

About the Job
The Research group at Edgestream consists of highly skilled scientists and engineers, working in collaboration to unravel some of finance's hardest problems. Within this group, our Research Engineers have primary responsibility for the quantitative software platform which underpins our scientific endeavors. This contractor position is based in North America, preferably in New Jersey or Philadelphia. Reporting to the Senior Principal Engineer & Analytics Leader, the Operations Research Engineer will be focusing on developing and deploying advanced mathematical models & analytics to obtain business intelligence and support data-driven decision making in operations and supply chain. $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position.
