One (1) year NICU experience. One (1) year supervisory experience preferred. Excellent physical assessment and critical thinking skills. Demonstrates leadership and time management skills. Required Licenses/Certifications: Current State of Florida License as CRT, RRT or RCPCC is required. Current BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association. PALS and NRP certifications required. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with all levels of the organization. Must clear background and drug test required.
