The Senior Associate, Fund Reporting is responsible for the preparation and review of Investment and Fund Level Reporting both in accordance with GAAP and Operational Asset Management Reporting. Summary:
The Mammography Technologist implements orders from physicians and assists with procedures to help diagnose and treat breast disease in patients. They ensure accurate imaging, maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, and provide compassionate care to patients. Working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams, they prioritize patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging practices.
Essential Work Functions:
Explain procedures to patients and answer questions if they arise
Position patient appropriately for imaging procedure
Maintain medical imaging equipment, ensure machines are functioning properly, and organize the procedure room for optimal safety and efficiency
Monitor image quality during procedures, adjusting as needed to achieve diagnostic accuracy
Collaborate effectively with radiologists and healthcare teams as necessary
Follow hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures
Practice infection prevention through consistent hand hygiene, use of PPE, and isolation precautions
Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of practice for Mammography Technologists
Required Essential Skills:

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL A Flatbed Drivers for regional routes covering the Southeast and reaching as far as Texas. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to drive new Mack Anthem trucks with the latest technology.
Position Details:
Base Pay: $0.62 CPM
Weekly Earnings: $1,700- $2,000+
Schedule: Out for 2 weeks, home for 3 days (home time may not always fall over a weekend)
Hours per week: Operate on a 70-hour clock
Route Type: OTR
Freight Type: Hauling roofing and construction materials (as some examples).
Handling: Tarp and strap required
Equipment: New Mack Anthem trucks with automatic transmissions and flatbed trailers
Slip Seat: No
Training:
Paid training: $25/hr with overtime after 40 hours
Training lasts 2-4 weeks, depending on the driver's needs
Hotel accommodations provided during training
Training includes hands-on experience with tarps, chains, and flatbed equipment
Additional Compensation:
Per diem: $35/night
Tarp Pay: $50 per tarp
Detention & breakdown pay: $25/hr after the first 1.5 hours
Job Requirements:
CDL A License with at least 6 months of verifiable experience OR an applicable MOS
Clean work history, MVR, and PSP
Road test required
Must be willing to be away for 2 weeks at a time and home 3 days.
You will be parking the truck at one of 10 terminals.

WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The Senior Associate, Fund Reporting is responsible for the preparation and review of Investment and Fund Level Reporting both in accordance with GAAP and Operational Asset Management Reporting. The Senior Associate Fund Reporting will also partner with the Asset Class Managers in preparing consolidated financials and investment level variance analysis. This position is based out of Revantage's headquarters in Chicago, IL.
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
Functional:
* Prepare and review monthly/quarterly/ annual reports with a focus on Fund level reporting
* Prepare and partner with Accounting teams to reconcile various Fund level data points
* Coordinate report updates and reviews with managers and accountants on the Fund reporting team
* Confirm that Fund reporting is in accordance with GAAP or internal asset management reporting, ensuring results properly reflect the company's financial position.
* Assist in the preparation of annual audited financial statements, including footnote disclosures, and supporting schedules
* Partner with Revantage leadership to streamline reporting and provide greater insight to operations
* Perform monthly/quarterly account analysis and roll-forwards of selected general ledger accounts to ensure accounts properly reflect the company's financial position in accordance with company policy and GAAP
* Review ledger detail, record adjusting journal entries, and prepare supporting schedules for GAAP-based financial statements
* Assist in the monthly/quarterly reporting to lenders, joint venture partners and Blackstone real estate portfolio companies, as needed
* Assess and react to changing business conditions, in terms of their impact to the supported organization
* Ensure team's processes and procedures support the department's goals according to guidelines and policies
* Document standard operating procedures
* Support the on-boarding and accounting for acquisitions, dispositions, and other transactions
Relationship Management:
* Accountable to Blackstone and its real estate portfolio company's satisfaction with the accounting team's performance, responsiveness, and interactions
* Lead initiatives to ensure smooth business partner experience across the team
* Respond to business partner inquiries and commit to deliverables by leveraging resources across the team
* Become day-to-day go-to person for Revantage business partners, including portfolio company, joint venture partners, and Blackstone
* Partner with other team members to identify and drive external relationships with the team's key contacts and stakeholders, including third-party accounting departments and third-party operators' accounting teams
* Assist other portfolio companies during project initiatives as needed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or closely related field
* Big 4 public accounting experience
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in general accounting and/or financial analysis
* Advanced knowledge of US GAAP
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Proficient understanding of financial models, corporate financials and regulatory market
* Knowledge of accounting software and databases (e.g. Workday)

* Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Base Compensation Range:
$110,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
