DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate various skill-building activities to promote personal growth and independence. Provide psychoeducation to both clients and their natural support networks. Assist clients in developing essential daily living and community engagement skills. Aid in the clients' enhancement of socialization and adaptability in various environments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Leadership and Oversight Leads the overall management of the business unit, ensuring person-centered service delivery, program integrity, and a strong organizational culture. Oversees and integrates the work of clinical, administrative, and operational departments, including Home Managers, QDDPs/QMRPs, Program Managers, Clinical Professionals, Behavioral Specialists, Nursing, Dietitians, Training Coordinators, Business Managers, and other unit staff. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and proactively addresses areas of non-compliance or risk. Provides fiscal oversight, supports efficient resource allocation, and ensures adherence to the unit's budgetary goals and financial targets. Quality and Compliance Provides leadership to the Quality Management Team to drive measurable improvements in outcomes and quality of care for individuals served. Oversees the implementation and monitoring of Personal Outcome Measures (POMs) to maximize individualized support, autonomy, and quality of life for every person supported. Directs the development, execution, and monitoring of the unit's Quality Improvement Plan, ensuring progress on identified initiatives and corrective actions. Oversees the unit's quality assurance processes including audits, chart reviews, incident tracking, and risk mitigation strategies to promote safety, health, and well-being of individuals supported. Prepares for and leads the response to regulatory audits, life safety surveys, certification, and licensure reviews, and LME/MCO monitoring activities. Ensures timely development and implementation of Plans of Correction (POCs), tracks progress to resolution and communicates outcomes to internal and external stakeholders including the corporate office. Clinical and Programmatic Oversight Ensures appropriate clinical oversight by licensed and credentialed professionals and supports the consistent integration of clinical best practices in all service settings. Ensures services are aligned with the industry's best practices, regulatory standards, accreditation guidelines, and the organization's mission and values. We are seeking compassionate and positive Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) Associate to provide therapeutic support for service users with mental health, behavioral health and substance abuse issues. As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with RHA, you will coordinate and monitor the array of services and supports identified in each service user's person-centered plan. These interventions are strength-based and focus on the promotion of recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills and the achievement of the highest level of social functioning. Job Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with RHA, your responsibilities will vary based on the groups you work with and the programs through which you provide services. In all activities, you will coordinate closely with the interdisciplinary team to best help service users, including behavioral health specialists, registered nurses, quality assurance specialists, paraprofessionals and the Clinical Director. Additional responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist include : Conducting clinical assessments Running individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions Conducting inpatient group therapy sessions Orienting new service users to RHA Developing person-centered plans for service users Oversee the discharge planning process Facilitating relationships between RHA, service user families/legal guardians and various social service community resources, such as food stamp and housing assistance, healthcare, job training and placement and substance abuse support groups Our ideal Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist is an excellent communicator and listener with strong therapeutic skills who works well as part of an interdisciplinary team and runs open and productive therapy sessions. You must also excel at behavioral interviewing techniques to uncover service user needs and be able to anticipate these needs. We are currently seeking Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals III for FULL TIME Mobile Crisis Management (MCM) positions serving Rutherford, McDowell, and Mitchell counties. Applicants must meet criteria for "QP" status, LIVE IN THE VICINITY OF ONE OF THESE THREE COUNTIES and have a minimum of one year crisis experience (ACTT, IIHS, Inpatient treatment facility, or other service providing 24/7 crisis response duties). As part of the MCM team, you would provide crisis response services in a variety of settings (community, doctor's offices, schools, provider offices etc.) with the goal of helping individuals in crisis to avoid inpatient hospitalization. We serve individuals of all ages and disabilities, although most commonly we work with adults that are in a mental health or substance use crisis. This position consists of 15 hour on-call shifts from your home or the community. That means you are available to respond to a crisis event for the duration of your shift but when not engaged in an MCM activity, you are free to do what you like. The schedule for full time staff is non-traditional. Staff are on a rotation with several other staff providing services to the community. This is not an office based position. It is an on-call basis so you can work from your home or location of choice within the county. Staff are guaranteed 40 hours per week paid regardless of hours worked. The on call shift is 7a-10p, 3 to 4 days per week rotating. Every other week results in a 3 day weekend off. Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour $1000 sign on bonus paid per company guidelines. Schedule: 15 hour on call shifts from home/community, 7a-10p, 3 to 4 days per week. Every other week results in a 3 day weekend off.
