- Utilize tools such as QuickBooks and ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and analysis. Requirements - Proven experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting processes and month-end close procedures.
- Ability to analyze and manage raw material variances and operational costs.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software, such as ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to present financial data to management effectively.
