Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Overview
This classification is responsible for professional case management work of routine difficulty, and performs related work as required. This is the working level class in the Children's Services Case Manager job series. An employee in this class is responsible for providing case management services to children under the State's supervision, in State custody, or at risk of State custody, and their families. This class differs from DCS Case Manager 1* in that an incumbent of the latter performs entry level case management work. Responsibilities
Determines if abuse or neglect has occurred, who the abuser is, the level of risk or harm to the child, determines the need for a safety plan, makes recommendations regarding permanency, monitors adoptive and foster families, recruits foster parents, conducts home visits, and coordinates/observes visitation.
Maintains documentation for case files and other required documentation. Prepares for, participates and testifies in court proceedings.
Conducts interviews with alleged child victims, individuals reporting alleged abuse or child neglect, child's family, and collateral contacts; gathers required information such as school records, demographic information, medical exam/psychological information, etc., identifies supports for children and families, administers client drug screens; and conducts required assessments/assessments of home. Conducts face-to-face visits with children, resource families, providers, kinship homes, and other relevant entities.
Works flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and after hours. Schedules appointments, meetings, visitation with children on caseload. Transports children to various appointments safely, assists children in preparing for placement, and sitting with children who are awaiting placement.

Maintain cleaning of pool area and office. Hose deck daily. Vacuum pools daily. Clean, windows, sills and doors. Scrub depth tiles around pool. Scrub pool drainage strips. Clean stainless-steel ladders and pool edges. Sweep down bottom of pools daily. Straighten up pool equipment and toys. Maintain a neat pool environment.

Relays information to members regarding pool schedule.
Maintenance of pool chemicals and equipment. Check pH, chlorine and alkalinity with test kits as required. Record chemical results on designated forms. Check acid barrel and correctly mix when refill is needed if fitted for respirator.
Clean hot tub according to procedure and schedule. Responsible to keep alkalinity at 120 by using correctly measured amount of sodium bicarbonate needed. Correctly calculate and measure the amount of Oxybrite to use when shocking the pools for regular maintenance. Backwashing pools.Turning cleaning system on and off.
Know location of on/off switches for pumps, ozonator pumps, gas heaters and acid feeder.
Complete decontamination procedure when needed.
Complete required documentation/paperwork.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Emerald Youth has engaged more than 30,000 children and young adults in a variety of community programs over nearly three decades. Every year, Emerald Youth serves more than 3,000 children, teens and young adults in the heart of Knoxville through faith, learning and health programs.
Why do we need Volleyball Referees?
Our referees orchestrate the game for our participants, providing them with an opportunity to play the game they love!
If hired, where would I work?
Typically, all games take place at the Haslam-Sansom Ministry Complex in Lonsdale. The address is 1740 Texas Ave., 37921.
What will I do?
You will be responsible for starting games with a coin toss and you will time each team's warm up. You will meet with line judges to review signals prior to the start of the match. You will check team line ups, orchestrate the game in a fair manner, and sign the scoresheet at the end of each match to approve and ensure correctness before turning it in to the Director.
You will monitor to ensure safe play throughout the match.
You will assist in the tear down of net systems if you ref the last game of the evening.
What is the schedule?
Weekday matches are 6:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Refs are expected to arrive 20 minutes prior to game start time. Note: Close parking fills up quickly. When applying, please consider additional time needed to find parking.
What is the pay?
Volleyball referees are paid $25.00 per hour.
What are the typical date ranges Volleyball Referees are needed?
Middle School League: August - September
Rec League: October - December
Are uniforms provided to the referees?
A reffing shirt will be provided and must be worn when working. Black pants and white shoes should be worn with the uniform and provided by you/the referee. Whistles will be provided if you do not have one.

Adhere to the dress code. Have the means necessary to contact another Emerald Volleyball Referee if you pickup a match and availability changes. Arrive 20 minutes prior to game start times and have reliable transportation to 1740 Texas Avenue, 37921, or 1718 N. Central Street depending on the week's schedule.
