The operator will hand load the materials into the machine and remove them once cured. The operator must be able to visually inspect the finished parts. Some parts can be small and require a delicate touch. I am looking for people for the night shift 11pm-7am and 2nd shift, 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday. The pay is $16 per hour with unlimited overtime. Saturdays pay time and a half and Sundays pay double time. The position is temp to perm after 45 calendar days. If you can stand in the same place with a couple breaks of course, and you can handle repetitive work, this is the job for you! No uniforms, no steel toes, pay on Fridays. This role will be responsible for a number of activities. These activities include but are not limited to: Follows all Trelleborg safety and work procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment; checks to ensure all safety guards are in place and working properly Performs setup and operates extruder to produce product according to quality, production, and customer requirements. Troubleshoots equipment and other production related issues. Detects and solves problems related to product quality, aesthetics, and/or contamination. Adjusts machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, temperatures, quantities, dimensions, and flow of materials or raw materials. Records and maintains production data Assists with preventive maintenance activities Assist in training other team members Inspects quality of equipment before production beings and continuously checks quality of the line as product is produced using required QC equipment such as but not limited to calipers, rulers (in, mm and m), and comparators. Ensures material meets customer requirements Completes all required paperwork and forms

Extrusion Operator - 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm Candidates who accept an offer must complete a background check and drug & alcohol test. Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States for any employer. They are looking for Extrusion Operators to join their team! *Temp to Perm OR Direct Hire depending on experience* Shift Hours Monday: 6am - 10am 4 hours Monday: 10pm - 10am 12 hours Tuesday: 10pm - 10am 12 hours Wednesday: 10pm - 10am 12 hours Possible Friday if production requires Pay: $19-$22 Depending on experience (Bonus every 6 months) plus shift diff of $.75/hr. Responsibilities: Start up, set up and tend machine that extrudes thermoplastics Load materials into extruder and adjust feed mechanisms to set feed rates. Move controls to activate and adjust for extruding process Observe machine operations, control boards, and gauges to detect any defective material or any machine malfunctions Press the correct buttons to stop machine when processes are complete or when malfunctions are detected. Responsible for detailed completion of work orders and production reports. Operator must always be mentally alert on the machine. Operator who is not alert runs a great risk of getting injured or injuring another employee. Training will include other duties on the production floor to help understand all positions and processes. Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management. Skills and Requirements Tow motor driving experience Must be able to read a tape measure Mathematical aptitude Ability to read/understand specifications. Ability to read measuring devices such as ruler, caliper, dial indicator, micrometer and scale Manual dexterity and ability to use all hand tools in order to set up and operate extruder. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50-100 pounds. (Over 50 lbs. with an assist). Frequent standing, walking and lifting. Follow written safety procedures Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus. 3+ years as a machine operator, preferably in some kind of plastic environment (preferred) Regular and punctual attendance
