to provide support to the Paint Department.
Painter II
The Painter position works in the paint shop with the primary responsibility of prepping materials, masking and painting. This role requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in painting, automotive, industrial or custom work. The role involves working with steel, aluminum and fiberglass components and requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in masking. A proven record of excellent attendance and work performance is essential.
Responsibilities
Paint steel, aluminum and fiberglass parts.
Apply primers, sealers, single-stage coatings and base/clear paint systems.
Work in a paint booth and shop environment while wearing proper safety equipment.
Set up, operate, clean and maintain paint equipment and paint booths.
Apply masking materials to steel and fiberglass parts for multi-tone and custom paint jobs (detail-oriented masking experience preferred).
Prep surfaces for painting and perform basic bodywork and minor repairs on fiberglass and steel.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Maintain good vision and hand-eye coordination.
Work cooperatively in a team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
7-10 years of experience designing electrical systems.
B.S. or M.S. in Electrical or Controls Engineering from an accredited institution.

The Construction Contract Administrator is an essential part of YESCO's pre-construction and bidding process, acting as the key link between construction opportunities and the sales team. This role ensures that all construction bids, contracts, and related documentation are compliant, organized, and accurately prepared for review and submission.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and track construction bid sites to identify and prioritize projects aligned with YESCO's signage scope.
Extract, download, and organize all pertinent bid documentation, including specifications, deadlines, compliance requirements, and construction drawings/plans.
Prepare comprehensive, organized bid files for review by the sales team.
Review and interpret complex contract requirements and terms to ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
Support the Account Executive and sales team by coordinating required documentation, including insurance forms, bonds, and compliance-related forms.
Assist in completing and submitting bid packages accurately and on time.
Proficiently review, edit, redline, and mark up construction drawings and documents using Adobe Acrobat, including adding dimensions, measurements, and annotations.
Ensure all pre-qualification and vendor packages are completed for new bids or vendor setups.
Monitor contracts, purchase orders, and agreements for compliance and risk considerations.
MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare subcontractor forms and maintain Google site information.
Prepare safety packages and related documentation.
Perform other functions as necessary or assigned.
NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:
Assist sales team and project managers in understanding contract terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.
Communicate with customers regarding contract clarifications and concessions.
Coordinate with Risk Department for insurance and compliance matters.
Support sales and project teams in resolving issues related to contracts, purchase orders, and agreements.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the electrical engineering group, providing guidance to the team on project execution
Model electrical systems in ETAP and perform load flow, short circuit protection coordination, and arc flash studies
Select electrical equipment and work with designers on electrical equipment layouts
Provide input on P&IDs and interpret them as needed to design I/O schematics
Design and create control panel layouts, bill of materials, and schematics
Design shaft signaling and fiber/communication network systems
Participate in design reviews, addressing electrical and other concerns and collaborating with the Cementation Operations group to ensure that facilities will be built in the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective manner possible
Maintain, develop, and adhere to Cementation engineering standards
Provide level of effort estimates for engineering proposal submissions
Provide electrical material estimating support to business development team
As required, participate in marketing or bid meetings to answer questions related to project scope, or Cementation's technical capabilities
Other duties as assigned
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position has the requirement for occasional travel to project sites, offices, and to conduct shop reviews
Travel period may range from one day to around 1 week and may include overseas assignments
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess group availability against the current workload, set priorities with Project Managers and assign work appropriately
Actively participate in the development of employees understanding their career aspirations and developing pathways for achievement
Provide coaching to direct reports in the selection of electrical equipment and the design of electrical circuits and network systems, to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and company and Client standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The qualified candidate will be responsible for the installation of audio-visual systems in both residential and commercial environments, adhering to Hunt's commitment to quality and craftmanship.
Major Duties:
Setting up and configuring Networks,
Experience with automation, integrations, lighting, and shading systems, WANs and LANs computer network systems, surveillance and security systems,
Rack building and equipment configuration, exceptional wire management,
Perform on-site installation including wire test/distribution/termination, location trim outs, speaker and audio system installation, displays systems installation and home theater setup.

Assist with equipment deployment/setup, calibration and system debug
