Following direction from the Warehouse Leadership, a Web Bear Builder 1 may be responsible for the following roles: palletizing cartons, using a radio frequency scanner to ship cartons to stores, and assembling orders which may include picking, packing, stuffing, sewing, and dressing the "furry friends".
Responsibilities May Include:
* Gathering product for each order in a timely and accurate manner using an RF scanner.
* Receiving product into the warehouse.
* Following prompts for picking.
* Replenishing and locating/moving items.
* Assembling orders in a timely manner.
* Following specific directions for each order to meet 100% guest satisfaction levels.
* Stuffing/sewing/dressing the "furry friends".
* Reviewing completed orders for accuracy. This includes identifying and correcting any product issues while building the order.
* Completing any additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Qualifications include:
* A minimum of a High School Diploma or a GED certificate.
* Ability to read English proficiently.
* Preferred level of experience: 1-2 prior years distribution/warehouse or logistics experience.
* Ability to stand/walk/sit 8 hours or more per day.
* Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to climb stairs several times a day.
* Ability to use hands and fingers, reach with arms, stoop, kneel and bend.
* Manual dexterity required.
* Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
* Must be available to work occasional overtime throughout the week/weekend and holidays as needed.
* Ability to multi-task; have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to adhere to all safety standards.
* Ability to use RF equipment and walkie-talkies.

AFI is looking to hire Rough Carpenter/Crate Builder Employees to help our business continue to grow. This candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate with professionalism.
This is a unique position that requires EXPERIENCE USING TABLE SAWS, CHOP SAWS, BAND SAWS SANDERS, AND OTHER ELECTRIC OR AIR POWER TOOLS. WE WILL TRAIN ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THIS JOB. This work involves building patterns from sketches/drawings.
Employees will also build frames for molds and make side boards, split boards, stop-offs for patterns and molds.

Assembler I is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer's specifications. Secures and maintains correct component parts and supplies required for the operation. Principle Duties and Responsibilities
* Completes work area setup
* Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards
* Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
* Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components finished product
* Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
* Completes pre-shift startup equipment inspection checklist and reports any problems or concerns
* Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
* Maintains production records as required
* Checks materials and finished products to ensure they are compliant with standards
* Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
* Participates in safety, CI, and other programs and meetings
* Performs other duties as assigned

Base Pay This role has a minimum base pay from $15.24 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. PURPOSE This position is responsible for designing, building and maintaining store product displays. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
* THE FUNCTION FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
* Design and build store product displays per the Department Manager in each department.
* All functions, duties or tasks are to be carried out in an honest, ethical and professional manner, and to be performed in conformance with applicable company policies and procedures.
* Builder is expected to create 20 - 25 displays per week.
* Work with the Inventory Control Specialist to submit write-offs and maintain inventory for materials
* Create a calendar for each month with a plan for all displays being built.

* One year of construction or building experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
