Wiley University is seeking a qualified part-time busdriver, to transport students, faculty and staff from the Wiley University campus to the other locations as required, which could include Texas State Technical College (TSTC) campus according to specified time schedule, and on athletic and other business trips where group attendance is required. On occasions it may be required to transport students to other specified locations including shopping centers and to local sporting events. This position is also responsible for the maintenance (cleaning and minor repairs) to the University's fleet of buses, vans and security cars. This position will provide back-up grounds maintenance as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
1.Transport students, faculty and staff personnel from the Wiley College campus to various locations and activities safely.
2. Complies with local traffic regulations.
3. Reports delays and immediately reports accidents.
4. Maintains traveling and time schedule.
5. Inspects buses and checks gas, oil, and water daily and before major departures.
