We are currently hiring for a Unarmed Security Shift Supervisor in the Irving, TX area. This position has a starting pay rate of $22.00/hr paid weekly and it is 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am .
Requirements:
- MUST BE COVID-19 VACCINATED (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED. MUST HAVE THE VACCINE CARD IN-HAND {NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE FOR ANY REASON}
- Must have Texas Level II Security License in hand
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME AS REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN SECURITY AND AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
- MUST HAVE STRONG COMPUTER SKILLS (I.E. MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, ETC….)
This will include, but not limited to recruiting, scheduling, payroll, employee discipline, access controls, fire systems and other building operations. Must be comfortable interacting with building management and tenant related business and request.

Security Supervisor- Night Shift
Job Overview:
The Security Supervisor is responsible to ensure a safe and secure working environment for their assigned shift. The Security Supervisor is responsible for all matters relatedto physical security, asset protection, emergency and law enforcement response,de-escalation of stressful situations, and taking a concierge security approachfor all departments operating within the fulfillment center.
Essential Responsibilities:
•Assist inthe development and implementation of loss prevention procedures.
•Act asfront-line security to effectively monitor and protect company assets.
•Utilize CCTVto monitor activity and investigate losses
•Conductperiodic rounds of entire property including all departments, work areas, andparking lots.
•Identifyand make recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe workpractices in partnership with Safety Manager.
•Developand maintain a working relationship with local law enforcement authorities.
•Developand maintain a working relationship with all departments in the fulfillmentcenter.
•Be thedirect contact for 3rd party security guards during day-to-day operationsincluding directing resources to open doors, escorts, medical emergencies, orany other required activity.
Maybe required to work weekends and night hours.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of security protocols and surveillance systems. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality Must be able to follow safety standards. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to evaluate circumstances and make timely decisions based on company apprehension guidelines. Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures. Sunday 9am-6pm, Monday- Thursday 3:30pm-12am
