About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Technical
Reproduce, document, and report product issues escalated from technical support or Field Applications Team to Product Managers

Own complex support cases for business-critical customers
Training
Serve as Subject Matter Expert regarding the Hanwha Vision product line,
Providing Product training to the Technical Support Team, focusing on best practices in troubleshooting and product configuration

Ability to travel on short notice. Travel (15-25%)
