Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design - from concept to implementation - including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries in Figma to ensure visual and functional consistency across all products.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements and workflows into intuitive, accessible, and visually cohesive interfaces.
Incorporate research and feedback through user testing and iterative design reviews to refine solutions and enhance usability and engagement.
Design for advanced experiences, including AI-driven interfaces, chat and agent workflows, and data visualizations, while adhering to accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design
5+ years of experience with visual design skills including typography, layout, and hierarchy
3+ years of strong proficiency with Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
Knowledge of AI-driven product experiences (e.g., chat interfaces, agent workflows, data visualization for models, prompt interaction patterns)
Knowledge of UX fundamentals: information architecture, interaction patterns, accessibility, and responsive design
Ability to translate complex workflows into clear intuitive user interfaces
Ability to design for ambiguous emerging product spaces

Position Description
Strategically manage and recruit volunteer partners, groups and individuals for the Augusta region for JA programs. The primary JA initiative in this region needs 1,500+ volunteers annually for the JA Discovery Center of the CSRA in Evans, Georgia. Volunteers are essential in deepening the student's experiential learning and strengthening the JA brand in these communities. The JA Discovery Center serves ~15,000 local middle school students annually with authentic, relevant and experiential financial capability programs that combine in-class curriculum with a capstone simulation. In addition, the JA Discovery Center serves as a hub of frequent business and community events in connection with the community partners involved in the initiative!
Primary Responsibilities
Volunteer Management
Manage and recruit existing and new volunteer partnerships with diverse organizations, including companies, colleges, community groups, etc., through account management, deep relationship building, and stewardship. This will have a focused region primarily supporting the Augusta and surrounding Augusta region.
Create comprehensive annual strategic volunteer plans with partner organizations in coordination with Development Director and donor management process.
Identify strategic prospect colleges, companies, community organizations and convert into new volunteer partnerships in coordination with the Development team.
Identify, document and share best practices with peers on the volunteer management team.
Create and implement professional JA brand presentations, securing new groups and individuals from companies, colleges, and community organizations.
Seek and participate in local chamber/rotary clubs and recruiting events with partners and around the Augusta region.
Volunteer Recruiting and Management
Strategically set recruiting plans with accounts various size volunteer groups and strategies.
Ensure monthly volunteer coverage for JA BizTown and JA Finance Park programs (approximately 20 volunteers/day) at The JA Discovery Center of Augusta.
Collaborate with the regional JA operation teams to recruit best-fit volunteer groups for regional program needs.
Manage all volunteer related data efficiently and effectively according to established processes and standards.
Support recruitment efforts of other JA programs as needed (3DE, JA Summer Camp, etc.).
Volunteer Experience
Deliver a best-in-class experience for every volunteer that participates in the JA BizTown, JA Finance Park and other programs in the region.
Collaborate with the on-site operational teams to innovate and improve upon the student and volunteer experience in the JA Discovery Center of Greater Dalton.

SUMMARY
As the Sr. Principal Industrial Designer at Kids2 you will shape the future by designing products that help parents create tiny wins, keep every baby safe and delighted across multiple brands worldwide. With an understanding of developmental and consumer insights, designer will establish engaging play patterns and learning opportunities through storytelling, thoughtful features, and design excellence in color and form.
The Principal Industrial Designer can facilitate ideas from conception to production, including processing insights, presenting concepts to individuals of varying departments, and working both remotely and in-person with our Asia team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Create drawings, sketches, and renderings to convey new concepts and ideas to engineering, marketing, packaging, and management.
* Convey the "story" of how concepts were developed and create pitches for product/collection ideas with storyboards, trend/mood boards, drawings, sketches, and high-quality renderings or animations.
* Interpret and apply both trends and insights into excellent forward-thinking product design.
* Create 3D mock-ups and kit-bashed models to communicate scale and function.
* Create 3D surface CAD to communicate design intent, evaluate CAD from vendors to ensure adherence to design vision, and generate 3D-printed models during the process.
* Drive projects from inception to completion while balancing the design intent with constraints like cost, manufacturing processes, and stakeholder inputs/needs.
* Prepare control drawings, color specs, and descriptions for the construction of prototypes and tooling models.
* Create marketing materials and displays to aid in conveying and promoting new ideas both internally and to customers.
* Run creative brainstorm sessions, build stories, essence and play pattern for our portfolio of brands as they come to life in toys.
* Participate in formal and informal reviews and brainstorming sessions to generate new product ideas.
* Work with outside vendors to supplement internal development resources.
* Support pre-production efforts, including approvals of tooling drawings, material samples, and pre-production product samples.
* Travel to Asia to work with designers and manufacturers 3 to 4 times a year is required. Build understanding for the target consumer, influenced by kid usability and parent expectations and needs.
