We are adding a Material Handler (9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday) to join our team and play an essential role in coordinate the movement of product throughout the facility to provide a consistent flow of materials. What You'll do: Load / unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. You will also maintain and manage inventory to ensure maximum storage capacity; handle emergency material requests; load and unload docks; manage disposal inventory; and act as forklift driver for Shipping and Receiving. Enter, maintain and update computer inventory records so real-time accurate inventory is available. Manage and maintain inventory in accordance with all housekeeping and stock maintenance guidelines while achieving and maintaining inventory accuracy of 95% or higher. Be responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse. Label shipments and product. Complete required documentation, prepare shipments and boxes for shipping, and Closely work with Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations Supervisor and Warehouse Operations Manager to become experienced in all warehouse responsibilities and ensure that all warehouse procedures are followed in all areas according to ISO9001 and safety standards. What You'll bring: High School diploma or G.E.D., with prior warehouse operations and inventory management experience. (AS400 operation desirable). 3-5 years of inventory operations and forklift (Reach/Stand/Sit) experience required. Ability to work overtime any day up to and including Saturday/Sunday as required. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and math skills. The ability to Label, weigh, and dimension freight and record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Environmental Science is desired. Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a manufacturing environment required. Previous safety management in a manufacturing environment is desired. Professional certification (ASP, CSP, CIH, etc.) preferred. What You'll Do: * Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute pricing strategies/programs that balance profitability and market competitiveness for the US & Canada region supporting a rapidly growing revenue portfolio for natural food colors in food, beverage, pet food, and specialty markets. * Program Management: Lead pricing initiatives and special projects, such as new product introductions, large scale pricing projects, executive leadership recommendations, and/or annual price adjustments, ensuring accurate and timely implementation across systems. * Coaching/Mentoring: Mentor 2-3 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities on pricing analysis, tools, and best practices. * Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and optimize pricing structures, policies, and procedures to maximize profitability and drive operational efficiency. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary pricing leader for marketing, sales, finance, customer operations, R&D, and product management teams to gather insights, run scenario analyses, and ensure alignment on pricing strategy with cost structures and market realities. * Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to track pricing performance, margin analysis, measure volume and mix KPIs, and internal audit information. What You'll Bring: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related quantitative field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred. * Minimum of 5-10 years of related work experience in strategic pricing, pricing execution, or commercial strategy, ideally within a B2B framework. * JED, or Oracle or SAP ERP experience required. Power BI experience strongly preferred. * Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong analytical skills. Prior people leadership experience preferred. * Intermediate knowledge and skill level of computer software (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word,).
