As a Cylinder Filler/Production Operator, you will fill high pressure cylinders (Industrial, Medical and Mixes) following compression temperature / pressure method.
* Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
* Perform all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released.

Load, operate, and adjust manufacturing equipment such as polishing, sanding, cleaning, coating, and bead blasting.
Monitor machineoperations and make adjustments as needed.
Perform inspections to ensure surface finishes and dimensions meet specifications.
Perform required quality checks consistently, ensuring parts meet standards and helping the team reduce scrap.
Use hand tools to set up and adjust equipment.
Report defective materials or questionable conditions to leaders.
Complete daily production logs and documentation.

Entry Level Operator - Performs at least two CNC processes independently with accuracy and reliability. Demonstrates quality awareness and growing efficiency.
Cross-Trained Operator - Expands to perform all CNC processes as a MachineOperator II, demonstrating proficiency in all areas of the department. Supports quality checks, troubleshooting, and flexibility across shifts or lines. Acts as a peer resource, helping reduce supervisor load and supporting team success.
Production Specialist (Requires Application/Supervisor Recommendation) - An expert-level operator fully cross-trained across departments. Provides cross-functional support to eliminate bottlenecks, participates in audits, SOP revisions, and lean initiatives, mentors peers, and contributes observations to improve processes across the factory. This role is about more than skills-it's about mindset, teamwork, and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone to ensure the success of the entire operation.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of experience operatingmachinery in a production environment preferred.
Mechanical aptitude to operatemachines and perform minor repairs.
Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and work orders.
Basic math skills and ability to use measuring instruments.
English written and oral communication skills.
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASURES
