Description & Responsibilities The Crating Fabrication Technician is a critical member of the Operations team and supports the team in the storage and global shipment of aircraft components and related assemblies. · Builds crates to specifications for items to be shipped. Assist with Loading and Unloading shipments onto or from delivery vehicles, trailers, and containers. Forklift experience. Aid with inventory, if needed. Maintain compliance with FAA, AFRA, & ASA guidelines and certification. Utilizes Industry and UAM resources to identify and verify components. Provide professional communication to both internal and external clients. Strives for continuous improvements to increase efficiencies in the warehouse. Perform other duties as assigned management. Duties Perform all tasks as assigned by the Supervisor to help ensure projects are conducted IAW OSHA and all, industry (AFRA/ASA), local, state and federal regulations (FAA).
