We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team!
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling materials, products, and inventory within the warehouse. Key duties include loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and other industrial vehicles safely, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for inventory and distribution. Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders or follow verbal instructions to determine materials or containers to be moved, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Safely operate forklifts, clamps, and other industrial trucks to transport materials, products, and items to assigned locations.
Accurately record materials or items received, distributed, or moved, ensuring all paperwork, such as move sheets and load sheets, is completed correctly.
Review customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to identify items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Label materials with proper identifying information and monitor outgoing finished products for accuracy and quality.
Perform inventory counts and ensure items are distributed within the plant according to company standards, including maintaining accuracy and proper rotation of date codes.
Use computer systems to enter and maintain inventory records, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date tracking.
Conduct routine equipment checks and safely operate forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles in compliance with safety protocols.
Participate in scheduled downtime activities, including cleaning equipment and designated areas throughout the plant to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Plant Inventory Control AssociateThe team member in this position accurately maintains daily, weekly and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.
Essential Functions
Navigates through an advanced ERP System in order to successfully execute all daily aspects of the “Inbound & Outbound” inventory operations.
Creates purchase orders (pallets, airgas etc.)
Processes all recycle and destruction loads
Ensures all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures.
Processes all non-conforming material in Agile
Coordinates with all involved parties to ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMA's.
Responsible for verifying true time inventory transaction records in the company's ERP system.
Completes Oracle transaction activities from Receiving into Inventory, WIP, or Non-Conforming inventories.
Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count program.
Completes Oracle transaction activities associated with material movements.
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy and control of all in house materials.
Compiles records by SKU, quantities, Sub-Inventories, and validate EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts to investigate and adjust errors in computation or count and reports reasons for discrepancies.
Maintains and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages and discrepancies.
Organizes warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.
Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories.
Assists in maintaining accurate inventory reports by sub organizations, RMA's, HFI's, and WIP.
Expired inventory disposition identification (SLOB).
Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO).
Interacts and maintains positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
Accomplishes special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
Compliant to all safety rules and regulations, GMP's and all Niagara policies and procedures.
Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping and productivity.

Job Summary: Perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock
and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing,
organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Essential Functions:
Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks,
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap,label, place in delivery area, ship, and load),
Receive and process warehouse stock; Sort, label, and place materials on racks, shelves or in

Open bales, crates and other containers,

This position is responsible for performing audits of client inventories, storage site inspections and inventory closeouts.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct audits of client inventories at client specified storage site. Follow client business rules, finalize necessary reconciliation(s), and complete required documentation.
Complete all assignments in a professional and timely manner in accordance with Company and Client business rules.
Submit all assignment status changes using the on-line Audit Inventory Management System (AIMS).
Review all instructions and forms required to complete assignments prior to audit to ensure quality service levels.
Ensure that assignments are scheduled in accordance within Client expectations and timelines
Communicate with client representatives and AIMS management team via email, US mail, and/or phone.

Qualifications
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or GED Required
College Degree Preferred
Must have mobile electronic device.
Must have transportation to audit sites. If driving a motor vehicle, must have valid driver's license with records that satisfy Company standards as well as current motor vehicle insurance.
Related Experience: Pharmaceutical industry and/ or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

Process count-correction sheets and make corrections in inventory system.
Monitor outs to ensure the store maintains a rate in accordance with company standards.
Research variances, and make corrections as needed.

Monitor shrinkage, recommend ways to reduce theft and breakage, and make corrections in the inventory system.
Identify obsolete inventory, determine how to best remove it, and assist store management with the liquidation process.

Collaborate with Receivers and Cashiers to help identify errors and correct them as necessary.
Print bin tags (labels) as requested.
Qualifications:
Possess a vast product knowledge of consumable products along with a willingness to learn.
General understanding of inventory principles and experience with retail programs.
Understand the flow of merchandise.
Experience in a retail environment either in inventory, sales, or back office.
Analytical and pricing knowledge with the ability to conduct comparison analysis and make sound decisions.
Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word and Excel a plus.
Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Stockroom Clerk is responsible for purchasing materials required for the repair of transformers, as well as working with management to secure favorable vendor terms, prices and schedules for delivery using knowledge of budget and schedule requirements. As well as conducting end-of-month physical inventory counts to maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Work with repair technicians to research and propose the correct replacement parts for any necessary repairs.
Acquire quotes and lead times from different suppliers, if possible, to achieve the best pricing/delivery.
Monitors & take action regarding Purchase Orders (POs) and RFQs (Request for Quotations).
Reviews, updates and maintains open Purchase Orders until closed.
Develops knowledge of supplier manufacturing processes, material and commodity pricing and excellent focus on quality.
Acts as a first line of contact & establishes strategic relationships with suppliers.
Understand variance reports to determine where common issues are deriving from and report ongoing issues to management to produce effective solutions.
Review all inventory transfers/transactions processed by the stockroom clerk to ensure accurate inventory level throughout each location.
Work requires close interaction with management and other associates. Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment.
Skills Knowledge and ExpertiseThe ideal candidate will embody the following characteristics and possess the knowledge, skills and abilities listed below:

Physical ability to perform heavy work, exerting up to 100lbs of force occasionally and/or in excess of 50lbs force frequently.
