The position of Shipping and Receiving / Logistics Coordinator will support our manufacturing facility in Nashua, NH as we rapidly increase production. The Shipping and Receiving / Logistics Coordinator will assume all responsibilities for preparing finished product for shipment, coordination of shipping and freight plans with 3rd party carriers, properly receive inbound materials and supplies into inventory, ensure that all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and up to date. The Shipping and Receiving / Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for keeping track of inventory and shipments in an organized and safe manner, prioritizing delivering superior customer service both internally and to our customers and the safety of our facility. This position requires a creative problem-solver who is detail-oriented and can keep multiple projects on track. Job Summary: The Pharmacy Receiving Technician is responsible for accurately receiving, verifying, and stocking pharmaceutical deliveries. This role ensures that all received medications and supplies follow company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming pharmaceutical deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect deliveries for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Properly label and store medications and supplies in designated areas. Maintain accurate records of received items, discrepancies, and any returns to vendors. Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed. Ensure the receiving area is clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with suppliers, pharmacists, and other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Assist with other pharmacy tasks as directed by the Production Manager/Fulfillment Manager. Ability to lift and carry weights up to 30 lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and inventory management practices. Job Title: Shipping & Kitting Operator - Acton, MA First shift in the Distribution Center is 8am - 4: 30pm Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the Kitting Room Operation. The team member will perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the Kitting Room. The Kitting Room Operator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuance and delivery of materials required for production and ensuring the Kitting Room has proper workflow to meet the demand. Applicable standard operating procedures and following through on all material movements to guarantee they are handled in accordance with applicable FDA and cGMP procedures. This position will work during the core business hours and requires working an 8-hour shift. Responsibilities: Operate systems and equipment such as computers, software and printers as trained and specified. Accurate and timely ERP System (AX) transaction of any material movement performed. Maintains work areas and equipment in a functioning, clean and orderly condition. Safely operates a forklift, hand truck or other material transport equipment;must be open to be trained. Performance of material pre-issuance tasks like Silicone Mixture preparation, siliconizing Raw material as needed. Proper End of Shift cleanup which includes but not limited to, emptying all trash bins, boxing of returned empty trays, cleaning of workstations and work areas, removing empty pallets from the Kitting Room and placing bad pallets appropriately. Detailed communication of End of Shift report to incoming shift. Be able to communicate any workplace issues or concerns with upper management following the appropriate chain of command. Timely meets training deadlines. Train others on work instructions when required. Usage of manual pallet jacks for pallet movement. Ensures safety awareness and adherence to all safety policies to minimize safety risks. Participate in team meetings and production training. Perform general duties including, cycle count, housekeeping stocking, safety, and maintenance. Assist other departments when needed. Including but not limited to the warehouse (Packaging, Shipping, Receiving). Performs other duties as required Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED and/or equivalent combination of education or experience. Minimum Requirements: 1 year of experience in manufacturing operator role with working knowledge of a warehouse environment. No previous Kitting experience required. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX Software, SAP, or ability to learn Microsoft AX Materials Management module. Proficient in business environment software applications - MS Office Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, packaging, or manufacturing Support environment preferred. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks. Highly motivated, proactive problem solver, and a self-starter that can work both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision. Stand up and sit-down forklift operation experience is a plus. Familiarity with ergonomic lifting techniques. Good communication and organizational skills. Medical device industry experience a plus. Must be proficient in English language to be able to read documentation, work instructions and communicate effectively. Keen eye for quality, is dependable, and will work collaboratively within a team, and possess a positive attitude. Physical Requirements (if applicable): Must be able to lift and transfer loads up to 30-50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
