Tow truck drivers will be responsible for providing best-in-class towing service for RB Global. Drivers are responsible for the inbound and outbound towing of light duty vehicles - including motorcycles, travel trailers, and various other vehicles that can be fixed to a standard ball hitch - for a diversified customer base. The pickup and delivery of vehicles according to Due Dates for all work assigned through the RB Global Dispatch Team is essential. Drivers will provide status updates to customers and dispatchers, and will perform all communication, paperwork, condition reporting, and imaging required, including title verification, as necessary. Responsibilities Safely operate company tow trucks and tow light duty vehicles without causing damage to vehicles in tow. Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure towed vehciles are not damaged. Safely tow customer vehicles. Perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure tow trucks are in good working order and comply with all safety requirements. Collaberate with the IAA Dispatch Team and be a positive influence. Provide excellent customer service. Record all pickup and delivery events, and capture all necessary information, including images, on the IAA Tow App. Verify title information when title pickup is required with the assigned vehicle, and communicate any discrepencies with the IAA Dispatch Team. Ensure all assigned tow jobs are completed on, or before, the due date. Other duties as assigned per business needs. The A and B Tech Mechanics both have a strong knowledge of and experience with all types of automobile makes/repairs and will be responsible for the following duties: Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing appropriate repairs Road-testing vehicles to ensure quality of repair. Documenting work performed on repair order. Performing work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy. Ability to perform quality inspections/diagnostics and effectively take care of vehicles in a timely manner without sacrificing quality and accurate work. Keeping your shop area neat and clean and being able to account for tools at all times. Ensuring that customer vehicles are kept clean. Must have valid driver's license.
