As an Automation Engineering Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and advancing our pharmacy automation systems. Responsibilities Perform advanced maintenance and service on automated pharmacy equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using technical drawings and schematics. Diagnose and repair faulty electrical components (motors, controllers, circuit boards, power supplies, IO modules). Repair and maintain mechanical systems (gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, robots, pneumatic components). Execute equipment modifications and upgrades; help manage spare parts inventory. Ensure reliability of automation equipment through preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders. Monitor system performance with inspections, diagnostic tools, and monitoring equipment. Document all maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - MAXIMO). Complete required training for compliance and skill development. Occasionally travel to other sites or vendor locations for training. Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems (including use of meters). Experience with motors, motor controllers, and variable frequency drives. Ability to repair, set up, and tune complex mechanical and pneumatic systems. Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics. Skilled use of tools and adherence to repair procedures for precision electro-mechanical machinery. Practical knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance systems and CMMS. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and a rotating shift schedule. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred: Bachelor's degree. Experience in pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated manufacturing environments.
