    Who We Are Looking For Crisis24 is seeking a highly experienced Security Operations Center Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and enhance our global security operations initiatives. This role is pivotal in designing, optimizing, and supporting 24/7 security operations with corporate clients, ensuring the protection of people, assets, infrastructure, and sensitive operations globally. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in physical security, GSOC operations, incident management, project delivery, and a baseline knowledge of IT/cybersecurity concepts. This position will also support executive protection (EP), intelligence analysis, travel risk management, and other core security functions within enterprise corporations. This job will sometimes require travel to client sites for extended periods of time depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as a SME for GSOC operations, advising on best practices, KPIs, SOP development, and global scalability. * Develop, review, and refine operational procedures, escalation protocols, and intelligence integration processes. * Drive projects related to GSOC setup, upgrades, expansion, or vendor transitions-including needs assessments, gap analysis, and roadmap development. * Collaborate with stakeholders across Physical Security, Executive Protection, Facilities, HR, IT, Cybersecurity, and Business Continuity teams. * Ensure seamless coordination and response to real-time incidents, crises, and emergencies, while maintaining situational awareness across global operations. * Evaluate and advise on technologies including video management systems, access control, alarms, and mass communication tools. * Support the buildout and auditing of security intelligence, travel risk, geopolitical events, and threats to executives or key assets. * Liaise with third-party GSOC vendors and integrators; provide quality assurance and performance oversight. * Mentor and train GSOC personnel; design and deliver training content and certification paths as needed. * Integrate physical and logical security risk management to support convergence between physical and cyber domains. * Support key business initiatives, product launches, events, and high-risk travel through coordinated GSOC support. * Maintain existing client relationships with key global clients and partners to ensure customer centricity remains at the heart of Crisis24. * Anticipate client needs and industry trends to exceed client expectations through tailored operational delivery. * Understand, meet, and exceed business development goals and objectives through programmatic development. * Attend security conferences and maintain relationships with external security groups. * Leverage benchmarking sessions internally and externally. * Effectively retain existing customer accounts and develop long-term customer relationships. * Achieve customer retention targets on a regular basis. * Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of the Crisis24 service delivery and products. * Accurately forecast both retention and upsell business for your customer base. * Frequent engagement with client reps in your customer base. * Accurately maintain all customer activity within CRM (Salesforce). * This Job Description is not a comprehensive list of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.     CLEARANCE Public Trust WORK LOCATION Remote REMOTE WORK Authorized TRAVEL None JOB DESCRIPTION Eligibility and Enrollment Systems Engineer (Level 2) - In this position you will support the Eligibility and Enrollment (EE) team's product delivery efforts throughout the SDLC including comprehension of the numerous technical interdependencies across cross-product teams within the CMS Marketplace. You will serve as a liaison between technical development teams and non-technical stakeholders as they work to make improvements to capabilities enhancements that happen year-round, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment with project goals/desired outcomes. Responsibilities Assist functional delivery team members understand the technical jargon that goes behind the scenes from a system architecture perspective for MAPs ticket or enhancements as they are proposed Work alongside capability delivery leads, ask the technical questions during requirements and design phase, and serve as the liaison between technical development teams and non-technical stakeholders. Articulate marketplace systems' scopes and objectives based on user needs and comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Develop or update documentation for assigned projects; suggest modifications or continuous improvement in processes/procedures. Demonstrate strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively to help drive team success. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Certification(s) Industry recognized certifications helpful but not required Experience Minimum 5 years' directly related experience with Windows and/or Linux (preference on Linux). 8+ years' overall IT experience. Experience within Azure or AWS Cloud environment (preference on AWS). Solid understanding of system engineering and API integration concepts either through direct system experience and/or in an analyst role. Leveraging AWS services and best practices to maintain high performance and cost efficiency. Ability to identify issues and assess API integration and data management solutions to derive actionable insights and recommendations. Creating control features to ensure systems effectively meet the organization's quality standards. Developing or enhancing documents, flow charts, layouts, and diagrams to communicate system-to-system interactions (current vs future state). Successful background collaborating within multi-vendor team environments to achieve project goals and facilitate cross functional team interactions Engaging in quality control procedures to ensure that systems are efficient and operational. Developing a cost-efficient system for projects by performing a cost-benefits analysis. Working knowledge and understanding of an Agile Scrum SDLC process. Proficient with Visio and/or other workflow management software. Ensuring organization is operating at maximum efficiency, from manufacturing to distribution. Proven track record to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
