Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed
Process all payoffs, registrations for new and pre-owned vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain all dealer titles
Send bills, contracts, warranties and service contracts to the appropriate agency, such as the department of motor vehicles
Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. Additionally, vehicle title clerks may check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices
Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle
Maintain titles and MSO's for inventory
Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV
Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

Essential Functions
Take on leadership functions within the Estimating department
Review and evaluate requests for estimates, proposals and/or qualifications
Prepare weekly bid calendar and ensure timely completion of estimates

The Site Safety Manager will provide support to the Project Staff and the Clayco safety team in an effort to execute corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. The Specifics of the Role
Assist in development of the project safety program.
Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.
Manage larger projects up to $160M.
Client interfacing.
Manage other Clayco Safety Supervisors on the project.
Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor representatives to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor's activity on site.
Establish and conduct regular (weekly) safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and with project staff to ensure proper compliance.
Facilitate training for site personnel and ensure that standards are per the OSHA/Clayco and in compliance with Federal and State standards.
Ensure and maintain a log of each subcontractor toolbox safety meeting.
Review each subcontractor's safety program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirements.
Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractor's scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.
Conduct regular daily and weekly jobsite inspections and complete the safety checklist noting safety violations and corrective actions.
Record, notify and prepare written report of any violations or unsafe practices to subcontractors for immediate correction actions.
Stop at once any violation or unsafe acts or practices.
Assist the Project Superintendent in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation, and fire control procedures.
Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.

The Groundman position assists the Lineman on-site by-passing tools to the Lineman or crew members, clearing undergrowth and debris from rights of way and construction path, acts as traffic control flagger, and drives/operates company trucks/bucket trucks and associated hand/power tools of all types (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching equipment, etc. Additionally, this position handles cables, conduit, and other materials as directed. The Aerial Groundman cleans-up job sites following completion of work.

+ Fills holes or corrects mistakes in lead pieces and makes bulges thin and curves in metal work pieces.
+ manually apply filler rod to supply weld metal. May clean or degrease weld joint or workplace, using wire brush, portable grinder, or chemical bath.
+ remove excess weld, defective weld material, slag and spatter, using carbon arc gouge, hand scrapper, grinder or power chipper.
+ Climbs up ladders or works on scaffolds to take apart textures.
+ In order to protect the torch chooses place of weld based on type, thickness, area, and expected temperature of metal.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required for this Position:
**Education** - no minimum education requirements.
**Experience** - 2-4 years of Journeyman level experience.

About this Role
Winco, Inc. offers helicopter-assisted services for traditional electric maintenance and construction. As an aerial lineman, you'll play a critical role in the installation, inspection, and repair of high-voltage transmission systems, working from helicopters. This position demands expert knowledge of electrical components and the ability to perform complex tasks such as mid-span operations, wire clipping, and equipment installation while maintaining strict safety standards.
What You'll Do
Have vast knowledge of the transmission electrical system and its components.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical transmission systems, including conduits, cables, wires, and related equipment.
Work from helicopters, climb poles or use truck-mounted buckets to access equipment.
Clip/unclip wire from the helicopter skid, HEC line, towers and ladders.
Dead end wire from the helicopter skid, HEC line, Dead end boards and ladders.
Maintain positive control of the wire during mid-span operations from the skid or HEC line.
Cut out/Press mid span sleeves, install mid span equipment including markerballs, spacers, bird diverts and related equipment.
String wire conductors and cables between poles, towers, setting lines in place and using rigging to adjust tension.
Inspect power lines and identify problems.
Test power lines for the presence of electricity, using testing equipment.
Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
Adhere to safety practices and procedures, such as checking equipment and PPE daily.
Erect/maintain structures and their components.
Direct and teach laborers, apprentices, and groundmen.
Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities.
Adhere to all DOT laws/regulations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Class A CDL
Union Journeyman Lineman ticket
Ability to work long hours and move/lift at least 50 lbs.
Compliance with OSHA and other Federal, State, and local safety regulations.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities to work in the capacity of Power Lines without direct supervision
Ability to supervise subordinate line workers
Pass pre-employment and other drug screening requirements
Travel required for position
