Job Summary: The Solar Vegetation Management Technician is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the solar farm to ensure a safe, clean, and permit compliant environment during the peak season. This role involves mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance to support the efficient operation of the solar farm. Key Responsibilities: Mowing: Operate and maintain mowing equipment to keep grass and vegetation at appropriate heights around solar panels, access roads, and other areas of the solar farm. Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on mowing equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Equipment Transportation: Transport equipment via trailer to various part so the facility to perform vegetation management. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Plant Manager. Waste Management: Collect and dispose of debris, litter, and other waste materials from the grounds.
