Eventide Care Center in Jamestown, ND is seeking a Facilities Technician to work full time 730a - 4p, Monday - Friday. This position will rotate on-call as needed. The Facilities Technician assists with the general repair, maintenance, and upkeep of the Eventide facilities, equipment, vehicles, and its grounds under the direction of the Director of Facilities. Essential Functions Responsible for all facets of building/grounds maintenance and the preservation of Eventide's assets. Includes but not limited to all the daily activities necessary to maintain Eventide's assets such as grounds work, snow removal, equipment repairs and service calls, minor and major repairs to fixed and moveable physical plant equipment and other duties as assigned. Monitors and maintains Direct Digital Control systems to ensure efficient operations of Eventide Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems and equipment. Job Description Creatively fix, repair, and make parts for our customers. Our main bread and butter is farm and construction repair but we also do some manufacturing and fabrication. Welding experience required mechanically inclined preferred. Must be dependable and care about what you are doing.
