Responsibilities
The Service Advisor role is a sales and project management role. Your main responsibilities include doing in-home estimates with residential customers who have requested home repair or remodeling services, evaluating the project, estimating the cost of services for the customer using Handyman Connection's estimating software, selling the service to the customer, and project managing the work to completion.
The Service Advisor will meet with customers, take pictures, diagram the work, and write a proposal (complete with pricing) for the project.
The Service Advisor will present proposals to the customers and schedule jobs through the office using Handyman Connection scheduling software.
It will be the Service Advisor's responsibility to oversee the job from beginning to end taking ultimate responsibility for the outcome of the project.
Service Advisor should agree to work one Saturday or Sunday for each trade show Handyman Connection participates in-usually 5 or 6 trade shows annually.

About the Job:
The Plant Manager, Underground, in Lexington, KY, will safely manage all operations and functions of a 1M ton underground mine facility (including mine planning, drill and blast, maintenance, processing, and shipping). This position will also manage community relations, labor relations, and a workforce of approximately 20 employees and 3-4 direct reports.
What You'll Do:
* Promote Safety. Take an active role prioritizing safety for yourself and others to ensure all assigned plants have zero accidents and are in total compliance with all Vulcan policies and procedures.
* Organize and Plan Production. Plan the daily operation scheduling of plant production to ensure optimal utilization of plant equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements. Ensure optimal utilization of work procedures in regards to stripping, mining, processing, stockpiling, loading, and shipping. Maintain responsibility for all aspects of site planning and pit development.
* Manage Employee Relations. Provide strong leadership, training, team building, and supervision to all employees at the plant in order to support the operational function of the business. Work cross-functionally with HR to recruit new employees, provide merit increases, perform disciplinary actions, and evaluate the performance of employees in order to develop talent.
* Monitor Processes and Materials. Analyze production and quality control to ensure a quality product for our customers. Monitor operational reports to ensure best practices in extraction, processing, stockpiling, and re-handling and that product remains within target specifications. Implement and monitor a preventive maintenance program to limit work stoppages, downtime, and other disruptions.
* Ensure Economic Profit. Manage financial decisions for the plant, including budgets, forecasts, inventory management, and labor and capital planning to ensure adherence to all budgets and financial goals. Seek improvement activities to reduce costs and improve operating efficiency across the plant.
* Maintain Compliance. Build a strong safety culture to ensure the plant is in compliance with Vulcan's safety, operations, and environmental policies and procedures. Manage the health and safety of employees to continuously improve Vulcan's health & safety performance.
Skills You'll Need:
* Experience. 5 years of experience in the mining industry, with at least 3 of those years spent supervising production employees at an aggregate, sand/gravel, or asphalt plant is preferred.
* Education. A Mining or Civil Engineering Degree is preferred

Qualifications
What we expect… (Essential Functions)
· Support the project management team in coordinating the design and engineering between various engineers for the customers' process, equipment, and installation.
· Assist the PM team in performing estimating, bidding, and subcontract procurement on projects.
· Support the coordination and scheduling of the construction management activities on projects.
· Assist in developing, maintaining, and reporting project status to the customer. Support the PM team in developing project proposals.
· Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.
· Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate files to correspondence to be answered by the manager.
· Assist in composing and processing routine correspondence.
· Organize and maintain the file system and file correspondence and other records.
Assist in coordinating proposal and bid package information or the coordination of document release. May help coordinate tracking contact status, vendor relations, and meeting minutes.
· Conduct research and compile statistical reports.
· Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reserving, and preparing facilities, and transcription of meeting minutes.
· Assist in the communication, implementation, and enforcement of Gray's safety program.
· Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities This individual serves as an ambassador by helping internal customers manage the system(s) and assists with the current processes and data analysis. The focus is on building and managing strong relationships, understanding business needs, and ensuring technology solutions are aligned with a defined set of goals.
Develops and enforces team standards and best practices for all relationship management activities.
Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison for a designated business unit.
Builds and maintains strong, trusted relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their goals, challenges, and technology needs.
Communicates IT strategies, roadmaps, and project progress to business stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner.

Qualifications BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus:
Minimum 8 years business systems analyst experience
IIBA Certification of Capability in Business Analysis or similar certification preferred
Technical project management and team coordination experience
Technically savvy with an understanding of database concepts, functional software setups, cybersecurity, and business processes
Must be well organized, efficient, results and detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as a member of a team
Strong people skills plus the ability to interact and collaborate with all levels across the organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent in writing effective documentation including but not limited to requirements, process flow maps, and use cases
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
Effective change management skills, analytical skills & process orientation
Must have ability to educate their coworkers, have patience and the capability to support end-users
Previous experience training end-users in the use of applications and processes is preferred
Agile/Scrum experience preferred
