The Image Operations Specialist is responsible for processing digital assets of movies and television series licensed for programming on Starz services and partnered platforms, with a focus on fulfilling, outputting and distributing programmatic image products and asset requests across the company.. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Photoshop image editing with a design acumen to conform assets into a format that will accommodate a wide range of digital, print and other creative product development. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. · Minimum 4 years of IT experience in enterprise systems administration or engineering. · Expertise in Microsoft 365 across the full stack, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD). · Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and Windows Server infrastructure. · Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals. · Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). · Ability to analyze business requirements and design, implement, and own technical solutions. · Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills; able to clearly present technical concepts to business stakeholders. Preferred: · Experience with identity management platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, or similar. · Exposure to PowerShell scripting or automation tools. · Experience with M&A or company split-driven systems integration projects. · Knowledge of how digital certificates work and their role in enterprise infrastructure. · Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence). · Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and take ownership of SaaS platforms as business needs evolve.
