This entry-level position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory control and supports production and shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: · Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials and components, ensuring documentation matches defense contract requirements. · Accurately label and store materials in accordance with DFARS and ITAR regulations and internal procedures. · Issue parts and assemblies to production based on manufacturing orders and bills of material. · Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records within ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar). · Ensure materials are properly segregated and identified to preserve lot and serial traceability. · Support compliance with internal and external audits, including documentation and inventory tracking. · Adhere to safety standards and company policies regarding the handling of sensitive and controlled items. · Maintain clean, organized stockroom areas and perform routine cycle counts. · Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to supervisor for proper resolution. Qualifications: · High school diploma or GED (preferred). · 0-2 year of warehouse or stockroom experience preferred. · Basic math and data entry skills required. · Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
